I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and overall hospitality exceeded my expectation. Every single employee I interacted with showed genuine interest in making guest more comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

After check-in, I had to wait for 2 hours to get a room. Despite many requests, I only got a room later. There was no vacant room available.

This was the second time we were staying in this property. Had service related issues in our first stay, but as it was our first time in this property the issue didn't escalate; however, in this stay the service became more terrible and the room infrastructure/amenities were not upto the mark. The TV wasn't working, water issues in the washrooms, frequent power cuts, poor restaurant service, poor room service, lethargic attitude of the staff, had to really struggle this time to get the things right. I would never recommend this property to anyone, as we had the same issues twice which are still not resolved.
