The mirror in the room is broken but we are not to be informed. That made me feel disappointed because I have to go down by myself to inform them.And they did not do anything just said they knew about that🙁

在此連住四晚，房間乾淨整潔，距離地鐵站很近，僅3分鐘路程。坐地鐵去漢堡市中心僅需不到20分鐘。性價比極高。但按照慣例，連住時3天打掃一次，且不提供洗漱用品和拖鞋，亞洲旅客請注意。 Stayed here for four nights. The room was clean and tidy, only a 3-minute walk from the subway station. It takes less than 20 minutes to reach Hamburg city center by subway. Excellent value for money. However, as per standard practice, room was cleaned every 3 days during extended stays, and toiletries and slippers are not provided. Asian travelers should take note

這個酒店房間比較小，適合商務出差吧，親子游顯得狹小，好在衹是停留一晚而已，有停車場，對於自駕遊的我們也是選擇理由之一。

Hervorzuheben sind der sehr freundliche Service an der Rezeption und die sehr sauberen Zimmer. Lage ist auch gut und Internetverbindung sogar erstklassig. In dem Familienzimmer (Doppelbett und Etagenbett) fehlt es jedoch an einer Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer. Fernseher kann leider nicht mit dem Internet verbunden werden. Ansonsten waren wir wie gesagt sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, Anbindung an Bus und U Bahn schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausfahrt führt durch eine Tankstelle und dann kann man verkehrsbedingt nur rechts ausfahren bzw danach ein Dreieck bis zur gewünschten Richtung fahren. Wenn man es weiß alles ok. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, das Reinigungateam sehr aufmerksam und toll. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, bei drei Personen incl eines Rollstuhlfahrer sollte man fragen ob es größere Bereiche gibt. Trotzdem hat alles gut funktioniert und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Top Hotel um schnelle mal in HH einzusteigen. Frühstück ist Top. Parken vor der Haustür und kostet nix. sehr gut!
