漢密爾頓布里斯班機場酒店 (Hamilton Brisbane Airport Hotel)

No staff at the front, ever. If you need assistance you are on your own trying to call them. Everyday there was someone else struggling to get in because the code didn’t work or the keypad was temperamental. Check in wasn’t complicated but required time and effort following their links, if you are booking for someone else, like businesses do, you can’t get the entry code until you get the text messages and follow the check in process. Balcony’s are useless and there is no sound insulation because of the balcony doors. The noise coming from the street to my room was the equivalent of just sleeping on the street. Location was good for airport proximity and a Woolworths and some restaurants. Room was clean, bathroom was cramped but did the job. Lacked power outlets near the bed.

酒店地址靠近布里斯本河，走路十分鐘。房間還可以，這個價位差不多，密碼入住，要提前約好時間，建議不要選馬路邊邊的房間，選裏面安靜一點的。

Great location but road noise and a driveway metal grid very noisy when vehicles run over it.  I didn’t appreciate the loud chatter and banging from a group of Asians staying at the venue between 11.30pm and midnight.  Rude and inconsiderate.

1.car noisy could not sleep. 2.far from airport than explained 3.check intimate took 1 hour.no one there.no guide line by guide paper in front desk. I arrived 1:00 am in hotel. And checked out 05:30. Could sleep less than 1 hour. 4.never expected I had to register my passport by on line and get access key by email or text message. 5.even need password to get in lobby. 6.could hear snoring from next room. Most terrible in my life.

必須給這家酒店差評！入住就踩雷： 衞生堪憂：地毯，窗簾讓人看着很不衞生。還有蟑螂。 設施拉胯：燈光十分灰暗，冰箱很不好用。 服務冷漠：沒有前台，衹有電話聯繫。 隔音災難：深夜走廊腳步聲、隔壁聊天聲360°立體環繞，硬生生失眠到天亮！汽車噪音非常大！

這個酒店沒有前台，預訂之後應該有電子郵件發到客人郵箱，提前告知房間號和房間大門密碼。我沒有收到任何郵件，到達酒店後是通過酒店二樓餐廳的服務人員去聯繫值班人，告知姓名才確認的預訂，才得到的房號和密碼。

The hotel was disgusting and smells very moldy. If you are a solo traveler, it wouldn’t bother you as much. But if you are travelling as a group, it is not worth it at all! Stay away from it! There is no safety door! Anyone can just walk in! And the hallway looks like an abandoned asylum!

Falsely advertised, we were given a room nothing like the Queen Delux shown in the room selection menu, which was a seriously disappointing outcome, checking in was ridiculous and wasted over an hr of my time, the room stunk of cigarettes, the curtains couldn't be closed, gaps under the door, we had a huge cockroach crawling on the wall above our bed, the skip rubbish bin near our door didn't help, the door security chain was broken, the bathroom sink is ridiculously high and impossible for a smaller person or child to use, the V8 truck parked outside our door with its engine idling for 15min before I lost it an demanded the owner shut it of, which just shouldn't happen, this room was like a room certain people might hire for hourly use, if you get my meaning. We were given no other options by management or 永安 other than we could cancelled, which was completely unhelpful at 7pm at night following an international flight and in a city we are unfamiliar with. The hotel and the offsite management are a joke, 永安 should have paid and arranged for transfers to an alternative, and we are very disappointed with the offer 2000 永安 coin($31) compensation, our Taxi fare to the hotel was $35!. Overall give this place a miss.
