I stayed here 2 years ago and was very impressed that I had to come back and bring a group with me this time. We had fun, the food was on point. A variety of dishes, salads, soups, deserts… however the service was not as good as it was. I had to call the reception multiple times to come and fix my bed, in the end I had to go the reception myself. I love this hotel and we had fun but I am not sure I will go back 💙 PS : room service and especially the detox selection was soooo gooood

El hotel es un poco viejo y no llega a las expectativas de un Radisson. Tiene un solo elevador pequeño que debe ser usado por los clientes y los trabajadores del servicio lo genera bastante problemas, el desayuno era aburrido y repetitivo. Lo mejor de este hotel es su playa que claramente al construirlo escogieron un buen lugar, además la piscina también muy limpia.

酒店位置不錯，門口有幾家餐廳，早餐還行。設施舊了一點，沒有牙膏牙刷之類的，需要自己準備，服務不錯。泳池環境很好

I didn’t have a good experience at this Hotel. Stayed 12 days on a business 永安 and many of these days I arrived after work with no towels, no shampoo, or no laundry bag. Weak breakfast, and the Hotel needs a total renovation.

Ottima location, servizi perfetti, personale efficiente.Unica pecca all’arrivo in Hotel, malgrado avessimo già pagato tutto in anticipo, l’addetta alla reception  ha preteso nuovamente la carta di credito per un secondo pagamento. Malgrado le mie spiegazioni, non hanno voluto sentire ragioni. Al nostro ritorno in Hotel si sono scusati ed hanno annullato la seconda operazione. Tutto ok, anche se penso che in un Hotel come il Radisson questi inconvenienti andrebbero evitati.

酒店在哈馬馬特的海濱，景色不錯，海水清澈～酒店有些年頭了，但是保養的不錯。在游泳池畔用餐，不錯感覺，價格尚好，兩份主食+兩份飲料共69DT。

This hotels reviews are forced reviews by staff and friends unfortunately as you can see in the photos it’s hygiene is very poor I highly recommend you use another hotel unless there prices drastically come down to earth or they update hotel and hygiene and bring in more staff. We were waiting from 3-3.45 to get checked in when it was finally our term someone pushed in and the staff started to serve the man from Tunisia when he had seen we were waiting for so long. As an english couple coming from London we are shocked to have seen cockroaches in the hallway outside our room. As per photos We found hair all over room as per photos Also the room key didn’t work many times and the staff thought it’s funny we bothered ourselves 9 times to walk from our room to reception.
