海燕酒店 - 109 陳維興 (Hai Yen Hotel 109 Tran Duy Hung)

This rating is based on Room 102. Very bad room given by rude young lady receptionist (looking at the booking info, the rude young lady reception said 'this is small room booking' & gave the lousy Room 102 even though the other lady worker (aunty from Nghe An) reminded the young lady reception that Room 102 had defective door, but reception still proceed to give the room the customer. Don't get mislead by the cheap price as room quality is very bad. Room 102: 1. this room is actually a love motel room that is full of condoms, 2. The inside door knob is damaged (very difficult to open the door from inside, you have to try many times in order to open the door to go outside), 3. run down toilet, 4. dirty toilet with sinky water flowing on toilet floor, 5. noisy toilet ventilation fan, 6. damped room with cockroaches & mosquitoes, 7. very noisy cricking wardrobe doors, 8. very bad sagging spring mattress (you can feel the steel springs when sleeping on the mattress, & if you have back problem, this matress will definitely give you back ache), 9. No complimentary bottled water drink, 10. Rude young lady reception

酒店比較安靜，帶陽台的房間比較大，無窗的房間比較小。酒店沒有電梯。整體條件相對一般。但是考慮到酒店的價格，毫無值得抱怨的地方。值一個好評。
