#1 Price: I have stayed in many locations in old town because I like to move around and experience different settings. At this price point; this hotel by far (after 3 different hotels) is the best choice for your hard earned money. Location: Excellent; 25 seconds walk from lake and close to all the attractions of old town. Really doesn’t get any better than this. Room: Everything works. -Large New smart TV with Netflix and YouTube -Fast WiFi/internet (can remote work) -(High ceiling and spacious) (I’m 5’8 ;see photos for reference) Many hotels around the area cut corners and make their rooms small and ceilings low to save space which can make you feel claustrophobic after a day or two. “Very important after a day out in old town with all the tight spaces / crowds and chaos.” -(Barely any street noise inside room; I’m sensitive to noise and slept like a baby) -Room cleaned everyday by staff. +Bonus points for the versatile lighting inside room; 8 different switches for different lighting options. ((Hotel Staff)) Available 24 hours Young and eager to help; very knowledgeable speaking many different languages and knows the town very well. (Don’t underestimate these young men and women.) I have never seen such hard working young individuals who have no other intention but to help you have the best stay at this establishment. (Special shout out) to “Denny” who ran out in the pouring rain to help me find my car ride to the airport because we were running late. Conclusion; Stop wasting time reading this review and book this hotel before the rooms are all taken; I was lucky to find a room since they’re mostly always booked.

The receptionist are accommodating and speak English fluently.. great experience in this hotel.. highly recommended and good for the price.

ホテルが多い通り、他にも沢山ありましたが価格から言ってここが一番お得でした。　広いバルコニールームに安く泊まれました。　多少古いけどキレイにリフォームしてます。　テレビはYouTubeを見ました。　朝は早くから散歩にもいけました。　近くのマッサージ店も就寢前にいけます。　とても便利、スタッフは親切で傘をかしてくれたり、いろいろありがとう。

酒店位置極好，晚了回也不用擔心安全，樓下多食店及按摩店。我住在2樓間中會聽到車聲及週末的唱歌聲。雖然房間沒有風景看，但窗都能看到天空的狀況及能打開的，讓我看到是晴或是雨。洗手間乾濕不分，沖涼有點影響，但空間夠大，有梳洗用品、風筒、拖鞋、水煲及毛巾提供，充電位亦十分充足。酒店有升降機，每層應該都是有2間房。床很好睡，枕頭要用兩個才舒適，會再入住！

Very nice hotel right in the center. Near there is a big central lake, where all Vietnamese hang around. Staff in the hotel is very friendly and supportive. Room was nice and clean, there is everything what’s needed.

La atención de la recepción es muy buena, los chicos son muy cálidos, la limpieza terrible, el hotel no lo reconocí por fuera, parecía una agencia de viaje en PB, las instalaciones viejísimas, pero la ubicación es excelente! Y la gente del barrio súper amable, con restaurantes y todo lo que quisieras a la mano.

The hotel location is very convenient to go any places. Around this hotel, you may just walk to old quarter, Hoa Lo Prison, Uniqlo, Hoan Kiem Lake, Joseph's Cathedral, Train street. You also can enjoy the delicious local food, milk tea, King Roti and 4p's Pizza just short walk distance about 2min! If you need buy some grocery, nearby this hotel got Circle Mart (just 2min walk also). If you need massage service, in front of the hotel got a lot of shop for you choosing.
