接待微笑以對且服務流利，但面對英文聽說不是很熟的人，建議不要講太快且盡量敍述重點英文單字會更好理解溝通，因為要求房間要安靜，看起來是比較裡面的房間，窗戶比想像中小有點可惜，不過整體還算乾淨舒適。 The receptionist was smiling and the service was fluent, but for people who are not very familiar with English, it is recommended not to speak too fast and try to state the key English words to make communication easier to understand. Because the room was required to be quiet, it seemed to be a relatively inner room, and the window was smaller than expected, which was a bit of a pity, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

Couldn’t rave more about the hotel service. From my arrival when they sent a porter 200m out to meet me as there was a street closure for Friday evening. To the welcome and all smile service of the front desk staff. The front desk staff again performed beyond expectation the next day by helping me with a couple of calls to speak to local driver. All with a genuine helpful attitude.

Lift is quite small. Might be challenging to fit 2 big luggage’s into the deluxe double room but do-able. Toilet and shower was pretty spacious but I was quite lost when there’s no where to place soap in the toilet. Location is perfect right in the middle of old quarter street and you will never need to worry about being able to find food.

Прекрасный отель, местоположение отличное. Персонал приветлив, помогает во всем. Завтраки достойные, каждый найдет что-то для себя. Все принадлежности в номере есть. Сантехника мебель все в отличном состоянии, напор воды сильный. Единственный минус- это шум ночной от баров и дневной от стройки. На этот случай дают беруши.

Nice location, friendly staff, beautiful room. Next door is a very loud club, the walls in our room were vibrating from this noise. Receptionist has communicated that will be until 1-2 a.m. Consider this aspect.
