舊市街にあるので観光にとても便利です。晝間は賑やかですが夜はそこまで騒がしくなく睡眠に影響はありません。フロントに24時間人が常駐しているので夜間のチェックインチェックアウトでも不自由ないです。 シャワーの水圧が弱く、お湯が出るまでにかなり時間がかかります。シャワージェルはありますが、シャンプーとコンディショナーは備え付けてありません。

The hotel staff were very friendly and were happy to give me local recommendations. There's always someone at the reception area even way past midnight so I felt safe going out at night. Unbeatable location too!

I am Korean! I first time go to tour Vietnam! It's the best hotel! It's so kind and the environment is so nice! The location is so nice, too! It's not noisy, but there is a busy street 200m ahead. The manager who manages the hotel is too friendly and can communicate smoothly in English.I highly recommend it!!!The price is so reasonable, too!

對於美食愛好者這間酒店最好的選擇，位於老城區美食城，很多有名的小吃都在這區域 酒店的前台eimily很熱情也很積極協助你當遇到問題 有機會來河內會選擇住這裏 This hotel is the best choice for food lovers. It is located in the food city of the old quarter. Many famous food are in this area. The hotel's front desk is very enthusiastic and helpful in helping you when you encounter problems. Thank you Eimily 🫰If I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, I will choose to stay here again.

We loved the location and the stuff are very helpful. It’s very convenient to have most of the attractions around you. We just loved the feeling of old city how the life is boiling. Just one little hiccup was that the Bathroom smelled off from the shower drain, i had to block it with towel.

Location wise very near to the other food places, the night market and the drinking street, convenient to come back late at night. Tommy and Walkie was very helpful, giving alot of information and tips for food hunting and activities, with their own printed map. Wise spending on the buck for this hotel. And a must try on their complementary kumquat tea!
