房間內設施齊全,乾淨整潔舒適,酒店的位置離市離公路邊很遠,這房都聽不到的噪音，住得很舒適,這樣的環境我很滿意

The moments i get in the receptionist doesn't know i have booking, the moments i get in the elevator i know i wouldn't like to stay anymore, the moment i get out the elevator the censore lights takes time to detect so it was dark even it still dark the alley when i open room it was cigarettes smell thats welcomed me i booked a room with windows but it just decoration i need to go back to reception to ask now this the guy smoking in elevator,now in the reception i wanted to cancel it, The negotiations to cancel the booking takes 5 hours and ended up me to stay, the receptionist give me a room where it nexts to elevator and reception itself it was ok until they smoke on lobby and it goes to my room with no ventilation the elevator keeps ringing every minute that i do not sleep at all, the only good thing is the staff who attended my request to change bedsheets and spray the mosquitoes to go away, the verdict stay away at all cost, you rather stay in hostel. By the way it was my mistake that i booked but i trusted 永安 But i didn't know it was a nightmare 永安 in anycase they did try to compensate but the time i wasted ruined my 永安 on next day it is my last day in vietnam and the last day is worst experienced ever.
