I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel & Apartment, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi, whether for business, leisure, or just to unwind. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how beautifully the hotel has been designed — modern, clean, and elegant, with careful attention to detail in every corner. My room was spacious, bright, and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed, lovely balcony views, and all the amenities you’d expect (top-notch fixtures, a good bathroom, excellent air conditioning). The rooftop pool and terrace are real highlights. Whether relaxing by the pool during the day or enjoying the evening panorama of the Red River and West Lake, the views are memorable. It’s a perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a few hours. Staff service here truly stood out. The team is friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring — every request was handled with warmth and efficiency. For instance, the front‐desk staff made sure I had everything I needed, even helping me with transport options and special requests. It felt very much like being taken care of at home. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Fresh fruit, local specialties, continental options — something for every palate. Even with many guests, service was prompt and courteous. Location was perfect to get away from the busy areas and enjoy some peace and quiet.

帰りに國旗のキーリングをくださいました🇻🇳フロントの方々は皆様英語が上手で親切でした。お部屋も広くて、窓からお花が見えるのが可愛かったです。プールもあって靜かで良いホテルだと思います。

酒店環境和服務都非常好，超喜歡房間的陽台和整面的落地窗，視野也很好無摭擋，酒店離河內老街區6.3公理，車程17分鐘，周邊看着有點偏，但是也能點外賣，在河內估計衹有稍偏一點點才有這麼獨棟的酒店，房間的配置也很高，傢俬看着也很高檔，浴室的潔具品牌也很好，非常哇塞的一個酒店，前台的茶也很好喝！非常值得推薦!

酒店還是在比較僻靜的地方，前台英文都很流利，環境也還可以，泳池很棒，晚上幾乎沒人享用，可以美美的一個人承包了。但是非常非常重要的是，隔壁在裝修房子，早上五點多就開始了！就在陽台下面，幾乎0距離感受！然後會持續一整天！完全讓你崩潰！住了2天，我們總共睡著了五六個小時，嚴重的精神衰弱，體力不支，頭昏腦脹！！按照他們裝修的進度，今年估計都會在施工⚠️給中國寶寶們友情提示🔔😭

The hotel and room were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However there is an extremely noisy construction site right next door that starts work at 6:25 AM and doesn’t stop till around midnight. This also meant I had no windows as they were blocked by a screen. The hotel provides ear plugs but if I had known I would have stayed somewhere else. I am very tired leaving there.

The hotel is amazing. The room was spacious, big tv, better than the ones you get at big hotels ; nice bathroom (but would have liked a partition for the shower as everything was wet after. The bed is extra comfortable , slept like a baby - but it was so noisy from 5:45 am! There is in fairness a note saying that the next door villa is doing construction work - but still …. Haven’t visited the rooftop but tasted the pho at the restaurant and it was nice. The staff is super nice and speak very good English. The security guard is also very friendly. The only hiccup is that it is about 20-30 mn from the old quarter of you want to go there. Not much you can do walking either it seems , no close bar or restaurants nearby.

Мы остались на ночь в этом отеле, замечательное место. Очень вежливый и приятный персонал, очень вкусная еда. Мы брали с завтраком - тоже очень понравилось, было все, что нужно для завтрака: омлет, колбаса/бекон, тосты, сладкое и фрукты, овощи! У нас был поздний вылет и нам сразу нашли номер для позднего выезда за половину стоимости номера. Бассейн очень приятный. Вечером чудесный вид! С нашей стороны была стройка, утром поспать не удалось, но это не вина отеля, так что лучше уточнять сразу или надевать бируши!) в номерах чисто и приятно находиться!

1，訂這個酒店想説離機場近點，周圍就這一家酒店，不是市中心，出來就是田野，很原生態的感覺，如果介意的還是訂市中心位置的吧，去哪裡都方便。 2，設施很新，屬於剛開業不久，前台➕保安服務都很好，英語無障礙溝通，還會一點中文👍，早餐不錯。 3，房間估計遇上雨天，拖地還沒幹，不過一開空調就幹了，有個小陽台，淋浴房最好乾濕分離，不然洗澡的水都噴外面了。 4，如果天氣好，坐外面喝下咖啡也是愜意

This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my four visits to Hanoi. The property is newly built, with a beautiful exterior and exceptionally clean, well-designed interiors. A pleasant fragrance lingered throughout the rooms and common areas, creating a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully arranged for both comfort and functionality. One of the highlights was the rooftop — the pool was stunning and the dinner experience up there was equally memorable. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. They were the warmest and most genuinely kind people I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. While the location was slightly off the main tourist paths and there weren’t many attractions within walking distance, using Grab made getting around easy and convenient — so it wasn’t a real drawback. This is the perfect choice for travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality stay. I’m already planning to stay here again on my next 永安 to Hanoi.

The hotel and room were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
