The hosts (Toni and Juleen) are always available to help and offer the best recommendations. Qouls definetly book this poace again once i come back to Hanoi. There is cafes and restaurants nearby, and the lake view is top tier.

체크인부터 순조로웠다. 내가 영어가 조금 모자라도 천천히 이야기해주며 이해시켜 주었고, 직원들이 친절하다. 호텔을 운영하면서 가장 중요한것은 친절인데 직원들이 모두 친절했다.내가 다시 온다고해도 여기호텔은 한번더 오고 싶다.

1點だけ先に：當日到着後、追加料金を支払って部屋をアップグレードしましたので、寫真はこのプランの部屋ではありません。 立地は本當に湖のすぐそばなので、一番景色のいいレークビューの部屋は最高でした。全體的にも綺麗な設備で、ホテルのお姉さんとお兄ちゃんたちのサービスも大変よかったです。 次回もっと時間に餘裕がある時また十分にハノイ観光したいな。

Thanks Juleen, Cris, Xiong, Tony, especially Juleen's service. 5 stars services. Kind & Helpful. The quality of pillows and bed are really nice. Facilities simple but clean. No much local food choice around this street, but have 2 pho shop nearby hotel. Opposite the Westlake.

這裡是衞生紙是40年前的草紙。不要説女生了，男生都不能用。 被子是要自己套被套的？！ 廁所板是比座廁小了3分之一。我不知道怎樣上廁所，站着上嗎？坐着上廁所是對外面看的。 青旅都比它好，千萬不要訂

Phòng sạch sẽ, thơm, nhưng hơi tối. nhân viên lễ tân chủ động giúp mình dắt xe. nhưng sau anh lễ tân có giúp xách đồ thì mong anh xách thêm vài túi khác, chứ 2 lần ảnh giúp ảnh đều xách mỗi túi trà sữa=))) thế là bọn mình buồn cười lắm cười với nhau suốt, tưởng ảnh thèm trà sữa k ấy:))) nói vậy thui chứ mọi thứ đều oki nha

My first time to Vietnam and i've got great experiences and really happy to found this hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, gave the best services for customer, also warm and make us comforted. They are also fluent in english, so make it easy to interactions. The location is easy to find and surrounding by modern and traditional culinary. The breakfast is good with asian and western food. The SPA from the hotel is one of the best spa i've ever tried. Recommend!. I can't wait to come again to Hanoi, Vietnam and I should stay at this hotel.

Amazing hotel near westlake. The staff were outstanding, especially Tony and Chris, who helped me organise a bike, some tours and had great suggestions for local attractions. I booked a lake view room which had an amazing sunrise each morning and was totally worth it. Although you are not in the old quarter, it only takes about 10 minutes to get there by bike (either your own or using Grab) so you are close to that area to explore as you please. It is also a lot quieter by Westlake, and there are many lovely cafes and restaurants around. This hotel doesn't actually have a spa, and there is also no restaurant, so be mindful of this if you want those things they have another property nearby that does have them (this location is new). Lots of places to grab breakfast nearby! Overall I am very happy with my stay!

本來想住兩天就走，但是這兒酒店服務態度特別好，特別是吧枱男服務員，服務十分滿意🈵，態度特別好，人也帥，中國話也能很好的溝通，房間裏的床睡的特別舒服，衞生🍑打掃很乾凈，下次回河內還先這家酒店，希望下次回來能見到這位吧枱男服務員，

Hồ Tây 를 인접하고 있는 교통이 편리한 호텔입니다. 주변에 편의점도 있으며, local food, 외국 음식점도 많이 있습니다. Hồ Tây 산책하기 좋은 위치 입니다. 한개층에 4개의 방이 있는데, 창문이 없는 방이 2개이고, 호수가 보이는 방이 한개, 호수 뒤의 시티전망 방이 한개 입니다. 내가쓰는 방이 창문이 없어서 추가금액을 내고, 호수가 보이는 방으로 교체했습니다. 청결하고, 친절한 서비스가 좋습니다. 4층 발코니에서 찍은 야경 입니다.
