酒店位於老城區核心地帶，門口就有很多小餐館，非常方便，一般開到晚上11點左右，牛肉河粉，banh cuon,.對面還有賣甘蔗汁的老奶奶。酒店新開不久，設施很新，裝修簡約大氣，還有智能馬桶這點要加分。房間隔音很好，隨處鬧事區，但是基本聽不到外面的喧囂。下次來河內一定還會選擇這家酒店，還有所有的員工都很友善，非常專業。

Lovely staff. Clean hotel. Little bit of noise but that’s to be expected in old quarter. Slightly stuffy smell in the room so best to open the balcony doors. Very good location to attractions and delicious food right outside. Highly recommend!

The hotel is centrally located, close to the Old Quarter and Train Street, and within walking distance of most major tourist attractions. The property is clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The owner is extremely accommodating—we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we took a train to Sapa and conveniently picked it up early in the morning on our return.

This hotel is new. Very clean. Staff is helpful, they even helped me to do on line flight check in and transport arrangement. Will come back if I visit hanoi again.

位置很好火車街就在樓下，附近有還劍湖和大教堂 附近都是網紅就餐點。房間很乾凈，但是略小，隔音也一般般，旁邊房間關門的聲音能聽到。但是晚上十點之後就要禁止噪音了，這點很人性化，總之而言性價比還是很高的！

We absolutely loved our stay here! The check-in was super fast and the staff was really nice (at first I booked a hotel nearby, but I had to urgently rebook another hotel and I’m so glad I booked Ivory - it was a very relaxing stay). The hotel is completely new, the mattress is really nice. They have a smart toilet - this kind of japanese talking toilets that can do a lot of stuff - pretty cool if you ask me. The room is really nice, I was able to have a good rest there and the Internet is also good, whoch is important because I had to work on Monday. Overall it’s a 10/10 experience, I will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very spacious. All the facilities are new and clean. Location is good, just a 5-10 min walk to main streets. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Very quiet at night since it’s a bit farther out, but close enough to walk to everything.
