獨特寓所・步行街 (Cour d’Or Hanoi)

During my travels in Vietnam, I stayed at several places, but this accommodation was one of the most memorable. Everything—from check-in to check-out—was smooth, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful, which made the stay very comfortable. The room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The surrounding area felt safe and had plenty of convenient amenities, which made getting around much easier. If I return to Vietnam, this will be the first place I consider staying again.

Hanoi’s Old Quarter is amazing, and this place made it even better! Perfect location — everything’s within walking distance, from street food to cool cafés. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were super chill and friendly. Loved the vibe here, would totally stay again!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is tucked away in the lively Old Quarter, where every corner tells a story — from the smell of morning coffee to the sound of scooters passing by. It’s the perfect balance between local energy and peaceful comfort. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making me feel at home right away. The host went above and beyond — always kind, responsive, and ready with local recommendations that made my 永安 even more special. I loved waking up to the rhythm of Hanoi and ending the day watching the city lights from my window. It’s the kind of place that makes you fall a little more in love with the city. I’ll definitely be back!

WARNING: Absolutely fraud business. Firstly, the location is a scam. It is not where they displayed it on 永安 (8 Dinh Le, Quan Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, 100000, Vietnam). It is actually further away from the Hoan Kiem Lake, on top of a cafe known as NYNA Coffee (https://share.google/Mx3IzzW2uj3RzsvZX). You cannot find this hotel on Google Maps, seach for NYNA coffee instead and read all the one star reviews about this stay. Many reviews both on this platform and on Google Maps will tell you that when they arrived the hotel gave excuses about power 永安s or other issues and directed them to this location instead. This is obviously a repeated scam tactic. I will just attach one example each from 永安 and google maps. Secondly, the room is a scam. We booked the honeymoon studio 26 where the picture showed that there was a bathtub. But when we arrived the room was way more smaller than the original picture displayed and there was no bathtub. We called them to ask about it and they immedietly changed the pictures on 永安 but they were too stupid to change the room facilities descriptions. We continued to press them about the room but they just ignored us. Room was also dusty and creaky, and soundproofing is non-existent. Thirdly, they have no hotel service stuff or concierge. It is merely the cafe staff and they only pass you the keys to the rooms. Even when you text or call the person in charge they just ignore your queries or ask you to get help with the cafe staff. But when we approached the cafe staff they asked us to call the person in charge instead, so essentially no one is going to help you if you need anything. The descriptions about complimentary buffet breakfast, complimentary airport pick up and 24 hours conierge are also all fake. Finally, I don't know how they have a number of 10/10 reviews on this platform, but you can look through the reviews and see that those with 10/10 are mostly guest users with AI generated fake reviews, while those with real profiles and detailed reviews will say the same things about their scam location. We actually wanted to refund earlier on when we read these reviews but decided to give them a chance when they asked for it. Now I have attached all the reciepts and evidence so that no other travellors should fall for their scam. 永安 should launch and investigation and take responsibilities platforming such a dishonest business. Do look out for other "UNIQUE" listings, such a "unique" experience indeed. 🤮🤮🤮

This hotel is a fraud, I didn’t even get to stay there because the listed hotel location cannot be found! And their listed phone number is mostly engaged or being rejected. When finally connected, they sent me a new hotel location, even with a different hotel name, on WhatsApp. Refused to check into the “new” hotel and reported to 永安, the hotel representative could still lie to 永安 that the WhatsApp number did not belong to them, yet they scolded vulgarities at me the next day on that number when they sensed I wouldn’t follow their instructions?! When I reminded them that I do speak Vietnamese, the person then sheepishly denied and said the vulgar phrase meant “welcome” in Vietnamese! Hopefully 永安 will investigate thoroughly and backlist this and all associated hotel listing on their platform! 🤬

掛羊頭賣狗肉的店，到還劍湖了根本找不到酒店在哪裡，結果我主動聯繫了才告知換到一個偏僻的地方，距離還劍湖五個公里之外，導致我晚上和次日出門來回蹉跎多花了一百多的打車費，還有浪費在路上的時間，大家一定要慎重，他家酒店根本不在還劍湖！
