The stay was a solid 10/10. The neighborhood was very friendly, and the elevator was extremely convenient for luggage. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. Will definitely come back 🥰

Le logement est situé un peu loin du centre (vieux quartier), ca reste très calme comme endroit. L'arrivé est totalement autonome dans cet hotel ce qui n'est pas plus mal. Très peu de restauration aux alentours et commerces.

管理人非常照顧房客，還為我們升級到有陽台的房間，在夜裡可以看到燈光下飄逸的國旗。走出小巷，右手邊有麪包店和幾個小吃店，早上6點就可以吃到美味的越南粉和烤肉麪包。

I stayed there for one night, and based on my personal standards and experience: The room was spacious and fully equipped. It was quite quiet at night. The host was very kind, supportive, and flexible. The only downside is the location, the access road is quite narrow, so cars cannot stop for long. Taxi services like Grab or Bee may find it difficult to enter for pick-up, and it is a bit far from the city center.

ホームステイの場所は市街地から少し離れており、観光するには毎度移動しなければいけないが、周辺は靜かで、セキュリティもしっかりしていた！特に部屋は綺麗だし、洗濯機も使えて、長期滯在には良いかも！ 寫真のトレインストリートまでは30分弱です！

this is a truly wonderful place. I stayed here for five nights and had a very comfortable stay. building was clean and tidy, as if it were brand new, and all the facilities, including the hot water and air conditioning, worked flawlessly. double security outside gave me peace of mind as a traveler. I was free to do my laundry, and the smoking-friendly balcony kept me free from the smell of cigarettes. the room manager, William, kept in touch via messenger (in my case, KakaoTalk) throughout my stay to check on any inconveniences, so he responded promptly if anything needed cleaning or was missing. (Thank you again, William!) This place, which offers unbelievable service for its price, will soon become a hot spot in Tay Ho!

This place is perfect to get away from all the chaos of Hanoi. Right by West Lake to you’re able to experience the other side of Hanoi. Very aesthetically pleasing room, a lounge and a kitchen that accommodates free snacks and drinks! Minh was lovely, she helped us out massively with our stay and allowed us to extend our stay. One of the comfiest beds I’ve slept on since travelling Asia. Highly recommend to any couple who are wanting to relax and get away from a touristy area. The old quarter is only 25 min drive away but definitely go experience West Lake!

Khách sạn có không gian lưu trú, trang thiết bị và không gian chung rất tốt và vô cùng thoải mái. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện, nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Nếu có dịp quay lại Hà Nội, chắc chắn đây sẽ là lựa chọn đầu tiên của mình và gia đình.
