If the meaning of 2-bedroom or 5-bedroom "suite" is already revised, then dont expect that in this hotel the rooms are connected. We booked the same hotel in Hanoi on 2 different dates, March 10-11 and March 13-14. the dates in between, March 11-13, we were in Sapa. The first time we had 2-bedroom suite for 6 pax but the rooms are separated BY FLOORS. before returning back to Hanoi from Sapa, I asked the property if the 5-bedroom are connected. NO ANSWER. Upon arriving back to Hanoi, we went back to the same hotel.Now we were 14 pax. Since I asked again why the 5 rooms are separated and not connected, the property answered me "let me build it...and in the future you can come back for 5 room suite." The temerity. The 14 of us were distributed on floors 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8. We (5 boys) had to carry the big luggages of the ladies (9). The stairs were narrow, less than a meter below the standars. and mind you, ALL OF US are almost 60 years old. The property did not disclose that the hotel had no working elevator. If this were operational, it could have mitigated our disappointment over our "room-suite" expectations. Also, before arriving in Hanoi, the hotel location was updated, not once but twice that i had to inform the hired van operators of the changes and had to pay additional expenses. From RIVA Ancient Builing to RIVA Latern with different addresses ending up again to the original hotel and address. Sounds confusing? I dont know if the hotel operator was the one updating the hotel addresses or it's 永安. The coffee shop young lady at the ground floors had to bear our patient inquiries. We apologize to her. But she was neverthelesa gracious. Objectively, the rooms were spacious but it was a hell climbing up.

如果電梯能用，這個住的地方是可以的，房間大，房間內還是衞生的。但是電梯不能用的話，而你又住在6樓，還有長者隨行，那想想每天出去玩得很累，回來還要爬6層樓是什麼感覺？訂房的時候，看着照片和評分還可以，位置也不錯，就訂了。去河內之前，在谷歌地圖上查了一下，本來是想看看周邊有沒有什麼吃的和玩的，結果發現谷歌上面這個地址是一個紀念品商店，這個地址周邊也沒有什麼酒店。這時永安發了一個通知，説酒店的名稱改了，過了一天永安又發了一個通知，説酒店地址也改了。擔心自己找不對這個地址，就在永安上面訂了一個接機。到了之後，發現樓下是一個咖啡店，NYNA，做咖啡的小哥把護照和簽證拍照後，把房間鑰匙給我們了。這時候才發現酒店的電梯是沒有使用的狀態，而房間在5樓和6樓，這下傻眼了。咖啡小哥非常好，幫我們搬了2個大行李上去。到了房間後，考慮到有長者爬5樓太困難，就趕緊聯繫永安能不能把後面2天的酒店取消，原因是酒店的電梯不能使用。永安聯繫店家，店家回覆不能取消。後來又發現5樓的冰箱/燒水壺/微波爐都是壞的（6樓的都是好的），請咖啡小哥上來看看，他撥了電話給老闆，這才第一次和服務説上話，之前打電話都是不接的，永安客服打電話給店家也是不接的。老闆承諾第2天給換，説的是中文，並且説第2天把電梯給修好。永安客服一直積極和店家聯繫，但是店家告訴永安客服電梯可以正常使用。第2天店家還是告訴永安客服電梯可以正常使用，當然，他們根本沒有來修電梯，也沒有更換5樓的冰箱/燒水壺/微波爐。不明白為什麼店家會這麼做，但現在已經很明顯，這是已經有計劃這麼做了。如果他直接告訴我，電梯修不好，我衹是抱怨一下，他不給我取消，我也沒有辦法。但他一直告訴永安客服電梯可以正常使用（郵件回覆，不接電話），就很噁心了，我感覺住在這裏不安全了。再次查了一下這個地址，發現這裡有好多個名字，在谷歌上現在顯示的NYNA appartment，肯定不是在永安訂房的2個名字Ancient Building和RIVA 想了想，還是另外訂了一個酒店，搬走了事。走的時候咖啡店是個小妹在做咖啡，沒法幫我們搬行李，衹好自己爬兩回6樓。永安雖然沒能幫我解決問題，但一直都在積極的跟進，最後還給我一些費用的補償。

Last night, I stayed at a wonderful hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The bedroom was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that helped me relax after a long day. Another great thing about the hotel was its location, as it was conveniently situated near many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. What impressed me the most, however, was the staff. I recently stayed at a hotel that left a very positive impression on me. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with a large bed and soft pillows that helped me sleep extremely well. I also appreciated the modern design and the large window that allowed plenty of natural light into the room. In addition, the hotel was located in a very convenient area, right in the city centre and within walking distance of many restaurants, tourist attractions, and public transport stations. This made it easy for me to explore the city without spending too much time traveling. What impressed me the most, however, was the staff. Hotel took us out on Friday 23th Jan 11.00am offer us 6km far away hotel and put other new check in guest on our room. On our booking we stay until 24th Sat 11.00am New place has no lift and restroom smell ****. Asked us check out during our Friday stay at12.00 ,the maid knock the door 11.00am like it is our check out date actually is not our check out date ,waste my energy and time and grab car fees to center area is higher during 永安 , i went back to check the building and i found my room was checked in by new guest how do i know ? 5thFloor has only one room which is 20LV05 our rom i saw new trash from new comer in front of door and her luggage tag flight is Friday 23th Jan she had just checked in Lol

首先：永安前台展示是4星，實際上1星都算不上；第二：地圖上的位置不對，房東會單獨加你，給你地址第三：入住沒有什麼前台，就是去找咖啡店的前台，走一個小樓梯第四：永安上的圖片和實際上對不上，房間很小整體來説不推薦住，這個價格在河內可以住不錯的
