UNINHABITABLE: Hygiene Biohazard and Safety Risk Rating: 1/5 Stars Stayed: March 2026 Review: I arrived at 2:00 AM after a flight delay to find an absolutely unacceptable and unsafe environment. Severe Hygiene Issues: The bedding was covered in what appeared to be bodily fluid stains (photos attached). The room smelled foul and was clearly not cleaned before my arrival. Substandard Facilities: I requested a soft bed, but was given a one-inch thick, rock-hard mat on a wooden frame. This is not a mattress; it is a piece of foam. No Basic Amenities: There was no drinking water provided in the room. When I asked the staff for water, I was told "no" and given zero assistance. Safety Hazard: I felt trapped as the building was locked from the inside with a metal shutter, and no staff was available to assist or let me out when I requested to leave due to the filthy conditions. Hostile/Absent Management: The night staff was completely unhelpful and eventually disappeared entirely, leaving me stuck in a dirty room with no water and no way to leave until sunrise. DO NOT STAY HERE. This property is a health and safety risk. I am currently seeking a full refund through customer support.
