Отель находится в центре Ханоя. Рядом в пешей доступносте находится огромный торговый центр lottemall. Отель новый, все очень чисто, красиво, комната светлая, уютная. Рекомендую ❤️👍🏻

Had a really great stay at A89 West Lake Hotel and honestly wish I stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite and helpful throughout the whole stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience feel much more personal and comfortable. The room itself was excellent — very modern, stylish and well designed. Everything felt clean, fresh and properly maintained. The bed was comfortable, the lighting and overall room style gave it a really relaxing atmosphere, and the housekeeping standards were very good. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness because everything was spotless from the bathroom to the sheets and floors. One thing that really stood out was the shower. Great water pressure, consistently hot water and a very clean bathroom overall, which after travelling all day makes a huge difference. The room also had really nice views which added a lot to the experience, especially in the mornings and evenings. The location was also very convenient and the hotel offers amazing value for money for the quality you get. It felt much better than many hotels at a similar price point. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent staff, clean modern rooms, great showers and lovely views. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
