맥주거리안의 골목에 있어 저녁에 숙소로 돌아올땐 살짝 불편하긴 했습니다. 물론 꼬마아이가 있어서 더욱 그랬을 수 있겠네요. 그외에는 시설, 서비스 모두 만족 스러웠습니다. 밤에 위치상 시끄러울까 걱정했으나 다행히 소음은 없어서 밤에 푹 쉴 수 있었어요.

The hotel was very centrally located and the front staff were incredibly helpful! From the moment I made the booking, Tracey was in contact with me to help make arrangements for my 永安 - such as assisting in booking a Lan Ha Bay cruise. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities. It is very close to a party street, so it tends to get quite loud at night/ until the early hours, but I understand that’s part of being close to the action.

Una piccola perla nel mezzo del quartiere antico: la sua ubicazione è sia il suo pregio che difetto perché è a due passi dalle vie della movida. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate ma se volete dormire bene portatevi dei tappi. Per il resto la stanza è pulita, il letto comodo, il bagno vi ricorderà quello di casa. L'acqua calda ogni tanto manca, ma fa così caldo che non ve ne accorgerete neanche.

The hotel was nothing fancy, but it was in a great area in the old quarter, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They provided a map and a list of things to do in the area. I’d definitely stay here again.

Отель супер расположен. Все рядом. На такси за 9 дней ездили только один раз в военный музей. Завтрак по меню, очень вкусный.

Cute hotel located in prime shopping and dining location. Very busy area be prepared for large crowds and congestion. Perfect for travellers that want to experience the lively area and support locals. The back alley leads right to pub street and there is another alley that lets you exit out to other areas with more ease. There is no elevator in the hotel and the stairways are narrow so be aware. Overall hotel was nice for the price and location.

The location of the Hotel is very convenient. Very cozy place to stay for a family of four as we book the family room. All the staff are friendly. Mr Michael is really helpful. He help us facilitate our transport to Halong Bay and our Cruise booking and check in. He went the extra mile to make sure we never miss out anything and we are able to enjoy our cruise 永安 just in time for my Wife birthday. Highly recomended place to stay when you plan your Hanoi Holiday

Hanoi Elite Hotel is good for the price you paid. It is near to the busy street of old quarter and many other attractions. The staffs are accommodating, speak good english, and assisted us greatly! Not that spacious but good for your short stay in hanoi. Downside, no elevator.

Location: slightly close to beer street Price: reasonable Staff: very good and friendly and well accommodated If you cannot stand for noises, please do not stay here because beer streets are very close by and very noisy until past midnight. No lift, room slightly old but they are well maintained I can say that.
