酒店是老式酒店，裝修和設施都很一般，房間也沒有窗戶，看圖片就知道了，還是以前那種拿鑰匙開門的酒店。但這些都不是重點，重點是他們家態度非常的差，他們也不怕平台，出於安全考慮去河內旅遊的朋友慎選這家酒店，他們家寄存行李和晚退房是要額外付錢的，而且晚退房的時間卡的很嚴。離城區也很遠，總而言之不要住不要住不要住，重點是態度差安全得不到保障！

This is the first time in my life I've encountered such an attitude. On my last day in Hanoi, I had to book this hotel, as I thought that after leaving the hotel where I lived before I would spend the day in the city, but there was a typhoon and heavy rain and many flights were postponed and I wanted to rest more time before the road. There were no places in the hotel where I lived and I couldn't extend my stay. I just found this hotel nearby to relax for a few hours before the road. At check-in, the employee saw my last day of the passport rudely said, or to the migration and not to settle in, said that today I'm leaving so there's no need (although it has anything to do with it) I have a reservation and it's paid for, while I explained and the weather was visible. He began to be rude and I became so creepy from such an attitude towards a hotel guest, a guest of the country, no respect and even more so a man and a woman to say that. At the same time, he didn't want to cancel the reservation and didn't cancel it! And the support service also did not solve the issue, the hotel replied that it does not know how to cancel. Armour! They only know how to be rude and I don't know who they are. Go around this place!

Great locatin of walking into the old town etc loads of shops and restaurants nearby very quiet for vietnam clean and serviced daily english tv news polite and friendly stall

The hotel quite old, the facilities have some broken and older, the shampoo and shower gel put on Dove brand but i think it isnt Dove. For foreigners i think this hotels conditions not so good, but the prices cheaper than A25 hotel brand. Fellas can choi which one u like.

Nice size room. Great location only a 15 min walk to old quarters. Love sitting on the balcony and listening to the lively streets. Booking again

Room was terrible old and no maintenance . No safety . Window lock was broken but don’t bother to be fixed. Floors tiles crack into lines it can cut foot . The whole room run down soap put on the floor like village. Room was clean but the whole place need to be renovated. Price is just ok with location near by food stalls and market. Not close to old quarter walking distance 20 mins. Service at front desk the older lady was ok. But afternoon staff lady doesn’t know customer service.

I am in love with this hotel) nice, clean (clean every day), excellent service. located in very nice place, 10-15 min to Old Quarter, but not so noisy, and not so much peopke. Wifi was ok, hot water was every time i used a bathroom, in the room bathtube, bathrobes, kettle, complimentary water, fridge, although be ready that it switches off when you take out tge hotel card. But if you need keep smth for breakfast - perfect. Amazing balcony, big and beautiful, nice for enjoying your morning coffee, next to hotel a lot of cosy caffee, and convinient store.

Ks quá tệ tivi ko xem dc mình ở 5 đêm thật nhàm chán, với mức giá trả cho phòng này cao mà nhận lại như vậy, tôi ko bao giờ quay trở lại ks này lần nào nữa

Checked in in the morning for a standard double room but the door had a hole that you could see through into the room and the TV did not work. There was no windows in the room and Wifi was very weak so I ended up upgrading my room to a superior double with a balcony facing the road which was much nicer with the bathtub and the TV worked perfectly
