酒店很近舊城區，落機到酒店check in都已晚上9:00，於是去食米芝蓮推介越南牛河，雖然等了15分鐘先有位，牛肉河十分美味及地道特式，可以一試。酒店早餐非常豐富，款式越式西式多款選擇，吃得飽飽好滿足😋。酒店職員十分友善，待客之道滿分，下次有機會都會住呢間酒店，性價比高。

除了飯店的蓮蓬頭不是那麼好之外，他的早餐跟服務員的態度真的是一百分。如果下次有再去，我還會考慮再入住，只是水壓要再留意一下。

Excellent hospitality! This was by far the best hotel hospitality in Vietnam - the staff explained the hotel services and surrounding attractions very well, and offered to pack my breakfast takeaway as I had to set off early in the morning the next day. Room was nice though a bit small. There's a surprise set up and cake for anniversaries. The spa next to the hotel was great, strongly recommend!

今まで、30カ國以上、さまざまなホテルに宿泊しましたが、ここのホテルのサービスは今までで1番すばらしかったです。Lyさんとラインを交換して、トレインストリートの電車の時間などの観光の情報、（トレインストリートまで徒歩2分、部屋からトレインストリートが見えました）到着前に冷房入れてくれたり、なんと誕生日が近い私に誕生日ケーキまで貰いました。 朝食も連泊したら、メニューが変わっていて美味しかったですし、マニキュアも無料サービス、深夜便の達たちにシャワーまで貸してくれました。 とても心に殘る滯在になりました。ありがとうございました。

Perfect location. Walking distance to the train street, many eateries/cafe nearby. Laundry service nearby. Very good service from the staff. As we were faced with the typhoon during our stay, we couldn’t go anywhere except to stay in the hotel. They were very kind to upgrade our room so that we have a good staying experience. There is Be Wellness beside which belongs to the hotel, offering 25% discount off peak for guests. We had the best foot spa & body massage. There is also complimentary manicure for hotel guests. The Xoong restaurant on the 8th floor serves good Vietnamese food. We had the lunch & hot pot dinner there. The staff are the most attentive. Highly recommend if you visit Hanoi!

Our stay at Bespoke hotel was truly memorable – from the moment we arrived, welcome drink and snacks were served. Check-in was smooth. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Special shout out to ‘Tiana’ who consistently went above and beyond, checking on us on the small details. They surprised us with a birthday cake and decoration in the room, which made our celebration extra special. Room is clean. Location is good, eateries nearby. Train street just right behind the hotel. Not forgetting to mention hotel breakfast which we have been looking forward every morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking both comfort and outstanding professional service

お部屋が綺麗で素敵だったのはもちろんのこと、スタッフの方々のホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです！ おすすめのご飯屋さんをたくさん紹介してくださったり、私は飛行機の時間の都合上、朝食開始前に出発しないといけなかったのですが、パンなどの朝食セットを用意して渡してくださったりしました。 これだけのサービスでこの値段は非常にリーズナブルだと思います。おすすめです！

No wonder why this hotel has such a high score! It definitely deserves that! The hotel staff are the highlight of the whole package. They were passionate in providing exquisite service. We were always welcomed with warm smiles and small talks. Things unexpected happened due to the severe weather but they know how to do service recovery, by not just apologising. The breakfast was exceptional with a selection food and drink choices. I love the egg benedicts so much! Location wise it’s near the tram street and you got the chance to look at the tram passing by at the hotel bar. (They even offered you a food and beverage voucher.) Bespoke Hotel is absolutely a must-stay in Hanoi!
