需要誇到爆的旅館，服務真的很好，特別感謝前台的Kevin和lisen，他們可以滿足你的任何需求。整個旅館很乾凈整潔，早餐有熱雞蛋和熱河粉的選擇，非常美味。 房間的床很大，可以來回滾，被子也很暖和。空調製冷超級棒，外面30+，屋子裡維持在24-25左右，舒適度很高。酒店餐廳的食物也很美味。 Kevin 幫我們預訂了整個薩帕的行程，做了很多個性化的調整，幫我們定了過夜火車。非常熱情友善，有需要請一定找Kevin，價格也很公道，甚至比路邊的旅行社的價格還要便宜。強推

Отличный отель в центре старого квартала. На высоте всё - номера, сервис (отдельное спасибо Кевину), завтраки, локация, ресторан на крыше с отличной кухней и умеренными ( для такой локации) ценами. В следующий раз в Ханое тоже здесь остановимся)

Các staff nói chung và đặc biệt là bạn nhân viên lễ tân Thu Quỳnh rất tận tình hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ mình trong quá trình checkin nhận phòng và checkout trả phòng, luôn thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng thiết kế đẹp, rộng rãi, tiện nghi, view cũng rất Hà Nội.

I have used this hotel previously and will continue to do so while it continues to be affordable. There are multiple reasons for me using this hotel. Location,in the heart of the old quarter, incredibly great staff. Just like family. Always helpful and attentive from the hotel manager down. They can never do enough for you. Always select the correct sized room I found the last one I had was a bit small for my needs, but adequate. My favourite floor was the 4 th. Incredibly quite and convenient. The other floors are good but the 4 is my favourite. The other great thing is everything works.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful . The ideal plus point is the very chill rooftop bar and the cafe lounge with a view of the city 🌆 My husband was very satisfied with his stay here. We will definitely come back and book a room here. We would like to specially thanks Kevin NGUYEN reception staff who are always friendly and polite🥰

The hotel is a bit old but nevermind. The location is superb. Everything is nearby. 8 minutes to Ho Kiem lake and 20 minutes to train street. What u need is a pair of leg power. The breakfast is limited but it's ok if u have a small appetite.

Nice hotel, well located in the old quarter, perfect location for go walking to the main attractions of the city! Breakfast was good with lot of variety. The hotel was a little bit noisy, rooms are not isolated so you can hear people in the hallways and rooms next to yours. Room was a ok, nothing special. The staff was friendly and willing to help us all the time! We went with our 1 year old baby, and they provide us a nice baby crib and they have baby chair in the restorant. They have a nice rooftop with city view.
