The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the shopping in old quarters. The breakfasts were amazing. Love the warm soy milk provided there. The only issue I have is the cups near the bathroom sink were not very clean. Also only 2 bath towels and 2 face towels were provided daily. There weren’t any hand towels. Other than these, the service staff was awesome!

シティビューの部屋に3泊しました。スタッフの対応がとても良く、部屋の清掃も行き屆いていました。シャワーの圧も文句なしです。 1番気になるのが衞生面なので、そこが日本レベルだったのはとても良かったです。朝食はおまけ程度と思っていましたが、予想以上のクオリティで美味しかったです。

Stayed for 4 nights & the highlight was the exceptional staff, especially Phuong, Tai, and Duc. Phuong, the customer relations executive, was the star. She's warm, proactive, and speaks excellent English. She helped fix things in my room, gave spot-on itinerary suggestions, shared daily food and shopping tips, and even found a solution when my luggage broke. Absolutely top-notch service. And the hotel is lucky to have her on staff. Tai, who helped with breakfast, remembered our regular order after just one day and speaks great English. A thoughtful touch that made mornings easy and personal. Duc, the friendly doorman, always greeted us with a smile and a good joke. A great way to start and end each day. Not so good: The entire hotel only had 1 iron and 1 ironing board. Requested it in the evening, but only received the iron late next morning just when I gave up waiting and was about to head out. But of all the places I stayed across Da Nang, Sapa, and Hanoi, this was the best by far. Highly recommended for the service alone.

호텔의 위치는 호안끼엠 호수의 바로 옆으로 좋았습니다. 맥주거리와도 가까워서 저녁에 다니기도 좋았습니다. 침대는 깨끗하고 엘리베이터는 빠르고 좋았습니다. 스파와 루프탑 바도 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 종류는 많지 않지만 깔끔하게 구성되어 있었습니다.

This place is excellent. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the action of the Old Quarter. The breakfast is pretty high standard with good variation. We had a room with city views, which was very nice. The best part is probably the staff. The are all super friendly and helpful. Of particular mention was David, Thai, Moon, Van, Fuern,Tommy...l could go on. Only thing I missed was a gym, but there are plenty around the area.

Bus stop 86 ( airport bus) right behind hotel . Evening receptionist was able to direct me easily but not morning receptionist which took me a lot of time this morning walking around the town trying to find bus stop. Really great rooftop! Incredible view. Excellent for sunset. To enjoy breakfast properly you need to arrive early. It closes at 09:30. If you arrive at 09:15 - it gets difficult. Bed very comfortable. A one time complimentary use of the sauna would be nice seeing as this property has no pool or gym.

・ロケーションは舊市街の中にあり且つホアンキエム湖に近くいい場所です(部屋には近辺の地図とお店の冊子があります) ・部屋も清潔ですし特に上層階の食堂、屋上のbarも綺麗です。・受付の方もやはりベトナム人らしく非常に親切で親しみやすいです。また英語も問題無し。・一點難は部屋が若干狹いです。後、カードキー使えなくなり受付に2回伺いました。

위치, 호텔룸 컨디션, 직원 서비스 다 너무 좋습니다 가격도 다른 곳에 비해 엄청 비싸지도 않고 일단 마지막날 마사지 한번 받았는데 진짜 너무 좋습니다 제가 마사지 강하게 받는거 좋아하고 여러곳에서 받아봤는데 올드쿼터에서는 여기가 최고입니다 직원 너무 친절합니다 만약 또 온다면 고민없이 여기 머물 것 같습니다
