河內大使酒店及水療中心 (Ambassador Hanoi Hotel & Spa)

We have a good stay and the service staff are friendly and helpful.

So dreckig und schimmel überall. Es stinkt im ganzen Hotel. Eine totale Katastrophe. Habe ein Zimmer mit Fenster bezahlt aber eins ohne bekommen. Die Zimmer mit Fenster stinken auch. Es ist nah am old quarter aber es gibt mit Sicherheit bessere in der Umgebung. Ich hab nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen weil es zu spät für andere Hotels war. Bin am nächsten Tag in ein besseres Hotel gezogen. Also definitiv nicht buchen.

Location for this HOtel is amazing, within walking distance (say 10 mins walk) to the BEer Street, Train STreet, the Lake, lots of eateries and shops to browse. A Michelin starred little cafe is just 20 steps away , food was amazing, and cheap. Introduced to us by Ms Mai from our hotel. We had room with bkfst, small little buffet, with array fruits, cereals, breads, and you can also order a meal from the kitchen, can be eggs, pho, porridge etc. All comfort food. Our room was long and spacious, with a sofa set to chill in the middle of the room. We have stayed here before under the old management but the hotel is still nice and cosy. Good price too. Very recommendable and will stay here again .

受けつけは、問題無し、部屋はやっぱり窓無し、ハノイで、このクラス、ロケーションでは難しいか、一番困ったのは、シャワーが水程度の温度だった事、口コミで、部屋のカビ臭さや、香水の香りが來なる、コメントがあったが、そのとうりでした。次回は無い。

Отель находится в хорошем месте, рядом с улицей с поездом. Номера очень уставшие, нам некомфортно было в них находиться, в туалете сильно пахло канализацией. Хорошо у нас утром был круиз и мы рано выехали. Завтраки хорошие, одно блюдо на выбор и небольшой шведский стол

水回りはとても清潔でアメニティは歯ブラシ、カミソリ、綿棒など充実していました。シャワーの水圧は弱め、ドライヤーの風量も弱い。ロケーションはとても良く、観光で動くのに立地も最高！何よりスタッフの方がとても親切！英語もベトナム語も話せなかったけど、嫌な顔をせずにコミュニケーションを取ってくれました。チェックアウト後にもスーツケースを預かってくれてとても助かりました。ありがとうございました！

Not Recommended – Disappointing Experience Despite Convenient Location The hotel is conveniently located near Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which makes exploring the city easy. We booked the family room with a balcony, which was a good size and seemed suitable for our family. However, the hotel itself is quite old and dim inside. The room had a musty smell, especially with the old air conditioning system. The bathroom was not clean, and the amenities provided were very basic. We had a 6 PM flight the next day, so we requested a late checkout. The hotel agreed but charged extra for a 3 PM checkout, which we accepted. However, due to Hanoi’s traffic, we arrived slightly before 3 PM only to find that the housekeeping staff had already started cleaning our room. Two family members managed to shower quickly, but the rest of us were told to use the lobby toilet instead—which was filthy and clearly not intended for guest use. It was very disappointing to pay extra for late checkout and still be rushed out and denied proper facilities. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel despite its location.

We stayed as a family of five, and the room was spacious and comfortable, featuring two double beds and one single bed. The building had a lift, which was convenient for carrying luggage. The main highlight was the spacious balcony, offering a great view of the street below. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, making access to key places very convenient. I also appreciated the variety of nearby eateries, ranging from cafés to local delicacies, as well as the many spa options. A Circle K convenience store was just a few shops away. The only downside was that there was only one toilet (we had assumed the connecting room would have two), but it wasn’t an issue for us. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room.

地段良好，靠近咖啡巷、教堂，距離還劍湖其他景點也均可步行前往，附近的牛肉粉、長粉、法國麵包相當美味，工作人員熱情貼心，環境和服務對得起價格，獨自出遊也很安全，另有提供河內和周邊旅遊服務可供預定，如果天數不多，還可直接向櫃台洽詢摩托車出租服務，方便且不用押護照。
