"Great stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!" Shout out to Front desk "Lan" she has been so friendly and helpful to support our stay here.

This is our second stay at this hotel, this time a Classic room at 306 (no external window) for one night. The room looked clean at first glance but soon we discovered many small ants on the coffee tray and more circling around a suspicious brown object on the dressing chair (forgot to take a photo). Reception and house keeping were both apologetic and responded quickly. Later on, we discovered the bathroom ceiling to be mouldy and front of the bed has very dusty cables (photos attached), by now we were too tired to call the reception and regretted booking this hotel. Unfortunately we have another reservation for 2 more nights here (Deluxe room) and we asked them to make sure it’s clean. We don’t mind budget hotels but cleanliness is very important. Apart from cleanliness, the room has one internal window to the corridor (no privacy) and two single beds. On the positive side, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

昨年まで、日本人の宿泊が多い　プルマンハノイや　フォーチュンナホテルに滯在してましたが、 去年の10月宿泊し　今回2回目。 ノイバイ空港から86番のバスで162 Trần Quang Khải, バス停まで乗り　徒歩で，7分ぐらい。 ハノイにはじめてでも　1人で移動可能です。 週末は、舊市街なので　賑やかですが、 どこへ行くにも　移動が、便利です。 スタッフも皆さんは、とても優しい親切です。 English.ベトナム語が話せなくても　Google翻訳を使い困っていたら　助けてくれます。 次回も利用したいです！

酒店離還劍湖和大教堂都比較近，和國內比的話性價比不高，酒店工作人員還比較熱情，能簡單的用中文交流，幫提行李，幫喊出租車等，街道里麪的小道錯綜複雜，附近各個國家人員都有，號稱歐美*絲的天堂，特別到了晚上街道上的人多的很，隨便逛逛，街上好多***偷偷的問你要不要妹子，哈哈。 百度導航**克拉斯，在國外都能導航的，到不過不是很精準。

Hotel staffs are friendly. Although the hotel lift is located at the 2nd floor, the hotel staff would assist us in getting the luggage up to the 2nd floor. Location is near most of the main streets and attractions, walking distance, eg beer street, coffee shops, pho, bahn mi etc.

The hotel is in the middle of the old quarter, basically the area you wanna be as a tourist. It's very nice although sometimes can be loud at night. The staff is super friendly and the room quality and cleanliness is superb for south east Asian standards. Would book again if I visit Hanoi another time.

정말 깔끔하고 좋은 호텔입니다. 3성급 호텔인데 이만한 서비스, 직원들의 친절한 응대, 청결한 방이라니, 감탄했습니다. 심지어 제가 휴대폰을 소매치기 당해서 공안에 가야하는 일이 있었는데, 호텔 주인분께서 동행 후 통역까지 해 주셨습니다🥹🩷 올드 쿼터 내에 있어 하노이 명소 어디든 가기 편리하고, 투어 픽업도 무료로 오는 장소이니 참고하세요!!👍

Good Hotel , I recommended it. Cleaning great ! There is a pool very nice, gym inside , good service , very nice people they all worry about the guests. There are delicious breakfast you can enjoy. Yo recomiendo este hotel , la atención me pareció fantástica. Los empleados muy preocupados siempre se cómo estamos los huéspedes y muy amables y educados. Los desayunos abundantes y muy buenos. También el servicio de transporte es muy bueno, a horario y muy pacientes.
