河內願景酒店 (Hanoi la Vision Hotel)

感覺不算好，酒店房間小環境一般，要洗衣服的話稱重拿外面洗每公斤30k越南盾。晚上回來發現房間沒打掃，要第二天把鑰匙交給前台才行。中途想退房換一家酒店的，店家沒同意。

구시가지 한가운데에 있어 어디든지 이동하기 편리했고, 사람들도 친절해서 여행 내내 기분이 좋았습니다.

這間飯店太髒太舊設備太髒了 沒有服務樓層太高電視壞了燈也壞了被單太舊 椅子壞了冰箱漏水電視機不能操作門鎖有被破壞的痕跡 住這個飯店簡直是惡夢的一場，你沒有辦法安心的住在這裡房間很小，沒有什麼設備很簡陋經常看不到櫃枱的服務員，這個是一間很差的旅社

位置適中位在36街內／這價錢已經非常便宜了不能再強求了／ 服務還可以只是晚點會關門.我差一點找不到／毛巾要改善／浴室設施玻璃門......

I arrived at the hotel two hours before the official check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in early. That small gesture was honestly the only positive part of my stay. I had booked and paid for my room three months in advance, knowing that Hanoi would be especially crowded due to Vietnam’s 80th National Day celebration. However, just one day before my flight, the hotel suddenly emailed me to cancel my reservation. They claimed the hotel was located on a blocked-off street due to the parade, and offered no negotiation, alternative, or support—just a blunt cancellation notice. I responded immediately, requesting that they keep my reservation, because after some research, I found out the hotel’s street was not actually blocked to traffic. I confirmed this in person during my stay—vehicles were moving through just fine. So why did they send that email? It left me confused and frustrated. Their response wasn’t exactly welcoming either. They said staff wouldn’t be available on the holiday and that the hotel didn’t have an elevator. As a result, I had to carry my suitcase up six flights of stairs myself, while several empty, well-lit rooms remained open on the lower floors. The room I finally received was extremely disappointing—dark, dirty, and nothing like the photos online. I could hear children screaming from the lower floors, and the windows were so filthy I wasn’t sure if the grime was cement or bird droppings. I never once opened the curtains during my entire stay. There was absolutely no city view, and I honestly wonder if this room has ever been reviewed before—it felt hidden away and forgotten. To make things worse, the hot water system sounded like a construction site whenever it was turned on, the water pressure was barely a trickle, and the whole place felt damp and moldy.

Отель находится в самом сердце Ханря. Все в шаговой доступности. Остановиться на пару дней самое то. Постельное не сильно белое, одно полотенце для двоих( как-то не совсем , вытирать и лицо и ноги одним(. Душевая, мыло и шампунь, даже щетки с пастой были! Есть холодильник, шкафчик, места мало, но все есть. Окно выходило на стену здания соседнего. Все хорошо.
