河內Spa精品酒店 (Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa)

Unfortunately I didn’t not enjoy my stay in this hotel. I’ve booked a suite with a city view for 3 nights and I was expecting a higher standing. The hotel: It’s supposed to be a boutique hotel and spa, but I haven’t experienced any Zen. I was not offered to go visit the Spa part, I was not offered a discovery session and I was not asked to enjoy a spa. A little disappointed, I stayed 3 nights and there was nothing to do. No access to a swimming pool, or a gym, so no relaxation... The hotel is outdated and dark, it deserves a new decoration. It was less well than in the photos. Usually Inlike to take pictures of the hotel and room I stay in but I haven’t take any this time… Lobby: Very good service at the reception, the staff was up to speed and an excellent level of English and communication. They helped us choose an activity for Ninh Binh and it was a prenium service with great benefits. I recommend. The room: The suite is big for nothing and so dark because the distribution of room is not meeting to standards of nowadays. The living room space is too dark and without natural light, which does not make it appealing. We stayed most of the time in the room in front of the window, so it is better to book only a 20 m2 room instead of such a big room, you will save money. I was in another boutique hotel just before that one and it was superb. Breakfast: Again, everything is dark, too subdued. I didn’t enjoy the buffet for breakfast, there aren’t many choices and it wasn’t very tasty. Three times, I asked for scrambled eggs and was served an omelette ... However, the staff is very welcoming and kind.

還可以吧這家酒店，下次還要去啊，性價比比較高，不是很貴去還劍湖還是哪裡都很方便的，我每次來都住這裏，早餐也還不錯

連れがクレカのスリにあったので、事情を話すと親身になってくれて第一優先に対応をしてくれました。カード紛失屆をコレクトコールをかけるのに國際電話のオペレーターにかけるのをお願いしたら、相手が24時間サービスでなかなか繋がらないのを、辛抱強く２日にまたいで、ホテルの電話を使用させてくれました。本當にありがたく、助かりました。 部屋はバスタブ付きで、毎晩おやすみのチョコをドアノブに掛けてくれていました。ロケーションも舊市街のど真ん中で湖にも楽に歩いて行けます。ただ一つ殘念だったなのは窓はあるけれど、隣の建物と隣接しているためか眺望は期待できませんねー。

舊市街の散策には良い立地です。 ホテルの方がユーザー評価を気しすぎているようでした。レトロ感のある部屋でしたが、夜中にエアコンが動かなくなり、フロントに電話しようとしたら電話が壊れて通じませんでした。 なので、設備面では不満でした。

Nice breakfast and also friendly front desk good service will come back again

typical boutique hotel in the Old Quarter district , the difference is in the service which I rate it 6 Star ⭐ service , Lucy and Tracy at the front desk are professional and more than helpful , you have to give this hotel a try to experience the outstanding service 👍👍

Convenient location in the Old Quarter. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Lucy goes out of her way to remember the names of the guests. Delicious pho at breakfast!

位於熱鬧的老城區（熱鬧也意味着摩託車喇叭和蹦迪的喧囂），房間復古（稍微有些老舊），但服務很好，店員從入住到離開都很關注每個住客，還可以幫忙提供小額兌換。入住的時候提供的地圖和景點購物説明，很有幫助

Love the hospitality of the hotel and warmth welcoming staff when we arrived. The location was strategic to explore the busy hanoi 😊. Room a bit small but complete with amenities, ac, heater, separate bathroom and closet so i can take turn with my hubby to use it.

Pros: Breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly. Easy to walk to various locations. Cons: Hotel is on a busy street so taxi is difficult to pass thru. Noisy even at midnight on the streets. WIFI is not very good. Shower has some hot water issue (not enough hot water coming thru).
