This is the best stay for my family. Hotel serve the special request also like ground floor for senior citizens. I will choose again for this hotel for my next 永安. awesome cleanliness and awesome food. Please keep up this good work.

Clean and spacious room, perfect for solo or two travellers. Staff was polite and helpful. Great location just 5 minutes from the railway station. Good value for money!

the hotel is at prime location in shiv chowk ... it's a good hotel and staffs are friendly as well ..

Not upset with hotel but with mmt as i booked it from here n the hotel person said they are having dispute with oyo. There was no availability of the rooms. I had a word with oyo person thrice but they didn’t respond. On other hand hotel person was helpful so he made us stay in one of the ok ok type room. I wasted my 1800 on two rooms.

It was very affordable and the hospitality was great, the staff was really friendly. They even guide us to what should we do next while staying there and they even called a taxi for us when we couldn't find one help us getting a affordable one and they're items on menu are not overpriced comparing with near restaurant

room was very small and the pillows and bed sheet was dirty....service was lil bit ok...they had ac in the room but not allowed to use...they are charging for the ac. Price is not worth

Its was my 2nd time on hotel and still the cleanness and service are great and im not kidding its really goods and u can just by from station to this hotel by 7-8 min and the nearest ghat or area close to ganga for bathe is around 8-12 min in walks so that why its good

room size small but good in budget,food is very good and tasty. every possible facility is given such hot water,ro water ,on call food service.easy to reach and nearby to station is key point.support staff is very helpful and supportive.
