甘戈特里酒店 (Hotel Gangotri)

The rooms are different as shown in picture . The toilet is very small . And after having complementary breakfast you are allowed to eat only certain amount of food after that you have to pay for the breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay there and the staff was also very good, the location is fine too And finally the was good was delicious.

Good stay at hotel. nice staff. Food is nice. The location is far away from the city. but this hotel is value for money overall.

While it's approximately 14 kilometers from Har Ki Pauri, the serene environment more than compensates for the distance. Accommodation: The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and equipped with essential amenities. I stayed in an AC Deluxe Room, which was comfortable and offered a pleasant view of the surrounding hills. The hotel's commitment to hygiene is evident, with regular housekeeping ensuring a tidy environment. Dining: The on-site restaurant, Green Chilly, serves a variety of North Indian, Gujarati, Bengali, and Maharashtrian cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. The dining area is clean, and the staff is attentive to guests' needs. Service: The hotel staff is courteous and always ready to assist. From a smooth check-in process to prompt room service, their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable. I appreciated their local recommendations, which enhanced my stay. Amenities: Hotel Gangotri offers free Wi-Fi, ample parking space, and 24-hour room service. While the hotel lacks an elevator, the staff is helpful in assisting with luggage. The property is also pet-friendly, which is a bonus for travelers with pets. Overall Experience: My stay at Hotel Gangotri was comfortable and enjoyable. The combination of serene location, excellent service.

Rooms were not as per the delux category, continuously water was leaking from the washroom after complaining also it was ignored, plug sockets were not available to charge laptop phone etc together. You can only charge 1 device at a time.

It was the worst experience there were bed bugs in the room i was provided, i got even bitten by them. The worst

Hotel is good and staff is also cooperative but location is very far and few facilities like geyser is not working in room. Overall 3 rating is fine and we hope better facilities.

Hotel staff is courteous, rooms are also neat and clean but the problem was that wash room is too small and uncomfortable. Hotel lacks lift and for elderly guests it is tough to climb.
