Worst hotel ever I have stayed, worst ever service cleanliness and amenities, I will not recommend anyone about this hotel, they are charging too much for providing such a sluggish service, the food is also too costly compared to a good restaurant nearby and cleanliness at its worst.

Swimming pool is not clean enough, Gym smells. Restaurant coffee machines had some problem on the evening on 13 May and staff said they can’t serve coffee. On 14 morning I went for breakfast and expected nice espresso coffee at breakfast but staff approached to me and told me that same things as 13 evening that machines still can’t work. How come you run a hotel and machine is not fixed in 14 hours ? But hotel has nice espresso coffee if machine works …!

The property is nice with good places like swimming pool, spa and gymnasium. these amenities are very well maintained round the clock. the resturant of the hotel is also good and thanks for having really good chefs after Disembarking from Radisson group, staff is changed and seems that they are still in early learning stages. while the hotel was clean, observed that cleanliness in rooms was a bit concern The TV in our room was getting disconnected many a times every day and while the staff wad attending to the same however no permanent fix. hotel couldn't arrange for a drop to either Har ki Pauri or station also despite me requesting a day before. since the hotel is faroff approx 13 KM from these places, one need to be mindful about commutation. better to arrange on one ownself. one can get the Ricks from outside hotel gate which is a savior for this hotel. on prices of food, they are pricier but tradeoff to taste makes it evenedout. overall a good hotel with all necessary amenities to make ones stay comfortable and good.

Excellent hospitality extended by Yashail team. I stayed there with a team of 15 people and had a lovely experience over there in terms of food services and quality, hospitality dueing stay and specifically Bheel and Manoj ji.

Overall very very very bad experience. Just for name sake it is 5 star. Rooms quality are poor. No water supply in room. I had to change room twice then too same problem. Tea kettle top was broken, hand shower handle was broken. Even at breakfast counter except live counter food nothing was served hot. Idli, upma, vada all were cold. Nobody was concern for same. I would suggest rather stay at another hotel. Overrated price. Hotel is only maintained from outside & not from rooms. Mrng hours had literally waited for 40 mins for 1 drop of water in bathroom for brush, washroom, bath. Pathetic stay.
