哈里森湖酒店 (Harrison Lake Hotel)

The AC didn't work and the portable fan they had in the room barely did anything. We were so hot and sweaty the entire night. We tried opening the windows more but despite the hinges indicating otherwise, the windows wouldn't open more than maybe 2 inches. The sink in the bathroom had some kind of stain on it and so did the duvet on one of the beds. (Might have been a wine stain? ...I hope) The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and there was a big messy hole in the ceiling where the extractor fan should've been. Couldn't air out the bathroom after a #2 without the rest of the room smelling like it and again, couldn't open the windows wider than about 2 inches. The bed WAS comfortable at least so we managed to get some sleep, albeit a very sweaty one.

Nice location, two blocks from the lake. Staff are friendly. Room was clean but could use an update on AC.

The place was very old and not maintained. The staff was awesome and helped with the cable connection. There was a broken part in the ceiling in the bathroom, my kids weren’t happy.

Very nice location,very convenience. Hotel guests can be given the voucher to use the swimming pool for free.

Need to line up for checking in- But good thing the female receptionist is fast. I wasn’t able to find the gym. Reception is not answering calls. They don’t offer breakfast. No face tissue inside the room. No dringking water. Don’t expect too much. Otherwise, not bad as we are just there for a night.

酒店位置很好，在public mineral pool對面，而且附近很多食肆👍🏻 酒店沒有用任何設施，連餐廳都沒有。 好奇訂酒店時如加購早餐會如何？我問酒店lobby職員說他們沒供應早餐。 離開時因距離坐車時間有2.5小時，原打算把行李寄存在酒店然後出去走走再食午餐，結果被告知沒有行李寄存服務。 酒店房間清潔一般，浴缸內有污漬，地顫也有污漬； 更甚的是我在酒店住了2晚，然後全身痕癢不止，而且出現紅腫，太可怕了。

環境優美舒適宜人，酒店是剛裝修不久的，靠近温泉，走路🚶♀️➡️一分鐘，服務員工態度，價格非常美麗

The location was great! A stone's throw away from restaurants and the lake. The facility could use a major renovation. Inside, carpets have visible major stains. Wall tiles are falling apart. The air conditioning is terrible. We stayed in a pet-allowed suite. Carpets have a lot of stains. Spider webs all over. Bathroom faucets are not properly fixed. The power outlets are not working. Window locks are not working. Outside, tiles in common areas are falling apart. Carpets in hallways look nasty. Elevators are slow and seem to be not properly maintained. The courtyard pond is so dirty, I'm surprised there are live fish in it. Bird poop all over the walls in the courtyard area. The paint could use some updates. Underground parking needs cleaning and better upkeeping. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay. The property has a lot of potential because of the location. Staffs are friendly and make sure you have the best stay in the hotel. Upgrade and renovation could be costly but it will be all worth it since you can charge higher rates in the long run.

Very dirty and old. Look like a place where no one cares to operate. The voucher for public spring wasn’t reasonable. Check in at 4pm but the public pool on Sunday closed at 3 pm… don’t ever come here for vocation the photo from hotel was a total lie. See for yourself. Book elsewhere if possible. Won’t come back again for sure.
