I had a wonderful stay at the Travelodge in Harrow. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the cafe/restaurant food was great (breakfast was really good!). I'd definitely stay there again.

I had two consecutive bookings. The lady at the front desk (manager I think) said I have to check-in again tomorrow because she can check-on only for one booking. That’s a huge inconvenience as I have to do check-in again. Every hotel will combine these booking to one long stay. Even Travelodge do that too. Looks like the lady want make it very difficult for no reason.

I had two consecutive bookings for multiple nights. It’s very common for hotels to combine these into one continuous stay, and usually there’s no need to even ask. However, the receptionist said she could only check me in for the first booking and that I had to return to reception and check in again for the next one. This was completely unnecessary and inconvenient.
