Very Bad Service, food quality is average, Rooms are not up to the mark, the Responsible person's behaviour is poor

It was the worst experience ever. The staff were at the worst.. we changed 2 rooms cuz they were stinking and the receptionist behaved like as though they were doing a favour to us.

Mmt is cheating .. it said breakfast and dinner was included .. there was no buffet breakfast nor dinner , they deducted 1000 from dinner bill ... even though it was clearly mentioned 2 adult and 2 kids .. I had to pay for the extra bed .. mmt discount is one more bogus ... added 600 as service charge in the final bill and gave discount of 700 saying axis credit card discount

We celebrate bday party the arrangements r good and The room was very nyc nd the faculty are very responsible

The toilet seat was not attached properly. Ac not working. Somebody knocked our door at 11. 30 at night and still said the cooling is slow. We sweated whole night. Very unpleasant experience.

hi •location is little away from main city • reservation handling was very poor no bell boy is not available,nonproor intimation • rooms is big & spacious. • shaving kit is on demand. •breakfast is too bad in the sense,not a good selection of varieties when you are changing inr 3000 you are supposed to give good breakfast. overall experience was not good. suresh. room no 107 & 106

We had a terrible experience from the moment we checked in, and it was nowhere near worth the amount we paid. We had to change rooms three times. The first room had no blinds in the bathroom, which had a transparent cubicle. The second room had no lock on the bathroom door. The third room's bathroom door lock was also defective, but we decided to adjust. Additionally, the corridors had an unpleasant smell. We opted for the room with a breakfast and lunch/dinner package, expecting either a buffet or at least a preset menu. However, upon visiting the dining hall, we were informed that we couldn't order items costing more than ₹750. Overall, I would say this hotel does not meet the standards of a 3-star property, especially with such poor maintenance and service.

Rooms were terribly stinking. In spite if telling them they just had some spray done which never helped.

Nice stay and nearest to all locations, transports, and i went four super places in one day thank u
