合艾麗景灣酒店 (The Regency Hotel Hatyai)

Hotel is quite aged, powerful but noisy aircon. However it's ok for short stay. Great location near night market, morning market, shops and restaurants.

Shocking Disappointed The overall experience was disappointed, the hotel only provided a hot shower two times a day, one in the morning which ended by 9am and available again from 5pm till 9pm. There were no information during the time of booking, nor during the check-in, the manager in-change was just simply respond that it’s the hotel policy when this was brought to their attention and have to wait nearly an hour for the hot shower to come after we made a complaint, shocking! Not the standard we expected from the 4 stars hotel. Won’t return again and not recommended.

Very near to the night market walking distance , and huge parking space for visitors. Can just buy food and eat in hotel if night market is crowded.

Amenities, they don’t have room for 3 peoples above so we need to add on bed for about 550bht. The service quite fast, we book online on the spot. It took them 30minutes to prepare us the room inc the extra bed besides my phone died right after I booked but they still can find my booking without the booking no. The hotel nearby night market.

Very good location, convenience good price. Lot of good food around, just at lee garden night market.

A nice hotel very near to Lee Gardens Night Market. The room is quite spacious. There is ample patking area for guests. Check-in and check-out process is simple and fast. The hotel is very good for large group as the lobby area is spacious.

Location very strategic..close with Lee Graden Night Market...room a bit outdated but huge..there was no iron and hair dryer provided so please bring yours...other than that was nice

The room we stay is very old. The hotel wooden door is damage and the almost pin my hand when I close the door. we request for hair dryer, but they mention our standard room don't have this service. The location is good, near to night and morning market.

Review of The Regency Hatyai They retain our passport for the duration of our stay. Is this even legal ? The swimming pool and gym were closed (and according to the staff, it has been for a quite a while) - why was this not updated on the app? The first day we arrived, there was an electricity inspection ? And aircon was not supposed to work but when we got to the room, it was running but very extremely loudly for the duration of the stay. The condition of the room was beyond words to describe and I can only provide some pics to show how bad it is. Can this hotel even be opened for business ? When I asked for a spare bottle of drinking water, I was told its 20 baht - and its for a 500 ml. A shop outside sells the 1.5 litre for that price ! The adjoining wing is supposed to be better but the ac is equally loud - though the height of this wing perhaps give the impression its nicer - the finer details show they are only slightly better. It’s listed as 4 star on 永安 but honestly it’s not even a 2 star. I know I sound harsh but it’s way off the mark as a tourist hotel. On the first morning, we went to the cafe (to check out the breakfast - a staff told us it would be served from 8am) - guess what? We were told its not ready and should be only from 9pm - which hotel with so many rooms serve breakfast at 9am?!?

I booked for 3d2n at Regency Hotel. The room looks good.. bed was comfy. Unfortunately they are unable to provide you extra pillow. The customer service need to be improve. I have requested and paid for an extra bed, seemlike they no record shown that it was paid during check out. Luckily i have my receipt payment. 😮💨
