晚上到，一早就走的酒店 沒來得及逛周邊 能看出來過去應該很輝煌 洗漱用品也是沒有的，浴巾建議自帶 還有500的按金 不遠有家711 這個價位不奢求什麼

Overall a trouble free stay. Rooms are clean but aged. No frills hotel. Coffee house not operational but not an issue as plenty of eateries near by. Staff are good and rooms reasonably priced.

酒店就在市中心的中心 去哪裡都方便 周邊餐飲按摩步行街均步行可達 酒店有停車場 但目測車位略微緊張 房間面積中上 大堂比較氣派 總體性價比較高

Great location. Price is okay. But hotel really need to refurbish or well maintained as this is very old hotel but great location. The pillow are so hard. No dryer in my bathroom. Have to ask for.

Muslim lady at the receptionist is not warm and friendly. She is only friendly to the thais and/or malay guest who can speak her dialect ie. kelantanese. If you are a regular malay guest like me, dont expect a warm welcome. Location of the hotel and the size of the room are the only 2 things good about this hotel.

Not good, my room smell so bad , and the floor of my room slippery from the rain, ask the receptionist and she said there's nothing she can do about it. So disappointed

My 4 days 3 nights stay at this hotel gave a rather unsatisfying experience, around 2.5/5 stars. On the second day, the housekeeper forgot to provide bath towels, and I had to walk to the reception counter at the ground level to request them. After waiting for 3 hours, there was still no sign of the towels being delivered. I went to the reception again and was told that housekeeping had already sent the towels — but to the wrong room. The phone in my room wasn’t working; there was a phone unit but no connection, which meant I had to go down to the reception for any requests. After my second complaint and waiting almost 10 minutes in the room, the towels were finally delivered. In terms of cleanliness and room condition — it was very run-down. The toilet door had holes. The comforter was very worn out and thin, offering no warmth at night under the air-conditioning. The location is good as it’s near the night market and eateries.

Booking on this apps is smoothly carried out with friendly reminder 3 days before the 永安, which is very helpful. Check-in process had taking a while as the staff is having hard time to identify our booking. Overall hotel cleanliness is satisfactory but the odors smell of the room while we open the door is a very unpleasant experience. Suggestion to the owner: please change power socket in the room to universal type so travelers around the world could use without any adapters.
