我做點評，這次在合艾的旅行非常奇特，到了酒店後就遇到了洪水和暴雨，關於這個酒店我想説的是在極端情況下，他們坐到了非常好的人到幫助，給與食物和耐心的解説，酒店的服務人員還是很值得讚揚

Room was spacious & clean. I like the Green Initiative especially if we don’t need our room to be made, as a bonus they offers complimentary drinks that can be redeem at the bar lobby. Nice touch. Location is unbeatable. It’d really very central.

Location is great, right at the Lee Garden shopping street. Hotel appeared to be a bit run down and old, but so far well maintained. Free drink at hotel bar for certain room types. The room price is a bit high consider the hotel conditions, maybe it's chain hotel thats why is pricey

Great Location & Comfortable Stay I recently stayed at Centara Hotel Hat Yai, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, which made it incredibly convenient to explore local markets, restaurants, and shopping areas like Central Festival and Kim Yong Market—just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away.

Good location easy to get around in tuk tuk since there are 5 of us. Hotel staff are helpful n pleasant. Hotel furniture is old & good to compare rates & check the rates on off cos prices tend to go up & down. Overall got a better rates here.

The hotel is old and furniture is old. The rooms is not sound proof, neither the window so you get much noise at night from the streets and neighbours talking, slamming the doors. Staff level of English is quite poor. They were not able to offer any recommendations when I asked them about restaurants nearby. My advice, if you have to pay more than SGD 80, look for another hotel.

Love the hotel so much ❤️ definitely will come back again for this hotel 😘👍 their staff is all excellent and service as well 🤭 was choosing king bed room and the room was so big and the sunset view is another add on point 😍 the location is great, just next to the night market, 7e, Watsons and next corner got super market just inside the Odean Mall

The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the old Macau city. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and offer everything that I need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay.

Wanted a early check in so I emailed them but they r not helpful told me to book one more night on the excuse of peak season. PLS I only go holiday on non-peak, which is in July mid. My friend last min booked w the same hotel he is able to book!! They just wanna earn one more night of moneyx3 🙄 Other country I go the hotel either 3☆☆☆ 4☆☆☆☆ or 5☆☆☆☆ I just pay xtra or they give me free early check in Hatyai is the worse w dishonest ppl. As I'm w my families I have no choice just book 3 xtra night as my flight. They rescheduled it to the earlier slot like 6am When reached, the staff does her thing so slowly n was distracted by other thing too. Just told us about deposit, tell us about penalty as we need to sign n that's all. Did not tell me about WiFi or any other infor... Room: towels all was soooo dirty that they have stain on them. From towel, floor mat, to bedsheets. Luckily I have all my disposable sheets n towel. Need to take so many different lift n there is walk distance. Overall not good 🫤
