地理位置很不錯，距離lee garden很近，周圍也很多好吃的餐廳，包括好吃的合艾炸雞 房間內部裝修和條件就是90年代三四星級酒店的標準，所以200人民幣以內的價格還是可以接受的 房間的插座很不錯除了插頭以外還有USB口，充電很方便 除了牙具和拖鞋沒有以外，房間內該提供的都有 洗手間裏的是浴缸沒有淋浴，水量蠻大的 不知道是酒店的緣故還是全合艾都這樣，水龍頭出來的水有一股很重的銹味，一入口就能感覺到，後面衹敢用瓶裝水刷牙了 房間馬桶旁總是有水一直幹不了，才發現是水管漏水 房間內有座機，本來是一件方便的事情，但某天早上不到8點突然響起把我吵醒，等到我反應過來接起電話的時候已經掛斷了，但我已經無法重新入睡了，不知是前台的失誤還是其他房間的惡作劇，所以第二晚睡前就把電話掛線了 前台工作人員很厲害會講泰語馬來語和中文，感覺這個事情在合艾還蠻常見的 酒店應該是和旅行社有合作，經常看到旅行社的大巴帶着馬來西亞人來旅遊 電視上有很多中文的頻道，包括湖南衞視和幾個CCTV，這點蠻好的 衣櫃是牆體做內裏，外面做了個櫃門，感覺很神奇

The hotel is conveniently located, with a convenience store nearby and available parking. Overall, the place is quite clean. The only drawback is that the soundproofing could be better.

Lokasi yang sangat strategik Hotel ini terletak di tengah Hat Yai — dekat dengan pasar Kim Yong, Lee Garden Plaza, pasaran malam, restoran halal dan kedai-kedai. Sangat sesuai kalau suka berjalan kaki untuk cari makan & shopping.  2. Bilik yang luas & selesa Banyak tetamu kata bilik agak besar, dengan ruang yang mencukupi, pengudaraan & pendingin hawa yang baik.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The bed is soft and clean. Good and strategic location and very near Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden. The service of the hotel staff is good as I left my neck pillow there and they are willing to help and finally help me to find it. Overall, a pleasant stay for the 永安.

The hotel itself is located near the heart of Hatyai with a bustling street with food and many to shop about around it. They provide great amenities with food, massages and karaoke rooms. Their customer services were acceptable, we came from Malaysia and booked 2 rooms with a parking. Upon arrival they said the parking was full, so we reserved a parking and came back at night and there was still no parking. My car was parked in a non-parking area The parking security then expected me to come at 12am midnight to re-park the car which was not confirmed that I would get a spot. They then said that they would do a wake up call for me at 7:00AM morning to move the car.  Another problem I encountered is how badly arranged the car park is it took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my car out of the car park, that was only possible after opening the back of where my car was parked to get out.

The hotel is located at a perfect location. It’s less than 5-min walk to Kim Yong Market and Lee Gardens. Many eateries and stores are also within walking distance. The hotel also provides a good deal for the car chartered service. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and nice. Will definitely return to this hotel again!

Love markets, this is the place. Restaurants nearby are mid sized and serves ts purpose. Cafe amazon small one near the turn if you like their drinks but less atmosphere though. Extra bed added, but bit hard for me. Good for child though. Tuk tuk are everywhere. Grab can be called too. Ordered food from grab, but have to go lobby to pick it up.
