At check out 2 different people told me that fir the refund of the 2 days i had booked but will not stay, to contact ******* and refund will be processed. After i left the hotel ******* explained to me that they have submitted the refund request but in 2 dufferent times Reception said i am still at the hotel, then when i personally called the explanation was that they only refund if you book directly with them, not tird party agency.. ridiculous and embarrassing will never recommend this kind of scam strategy, but what can you expect from Indian management.. same, damn same..

Horrible, terrible dirty hotel. Not a best Western Standard, way below standard. Room was stinky, I called front desk and the clerk argued saying it’s non smoking, declined to switch. Requested to speak to the manager was told the owners were not there. I need my full refund, I did not sleep whole night.
