乾淨，整潔。 離希思羅機場非常近。 多路公交車直達，下車後走路五分鐘，車費1.75鎊。 前台很友好，專業。 特別適合第二天趕飛機。

There are a lot of teas and coffees in rooms. It was convenient that we could have breakfast from 4h30. It was also good that we could get on express shuttle buses at the same price as normal ones to the airport.

What a great place to stay, bright clean room. Good price with excellent buffet breakfast. . Staff are very helpful and nice.. can buy snack and the meal is reasonable price. Clean moden style hotel. Sky bar and bowling near by. Excellent entertainment before go to airport. So convenient to go to airport,just few minutes away from bus stop. Easy to go to london town centre as well.

這個酒店的房間很小，然後呢，因為我是早上11:45到的，一個小時以後就差不多1:00，我問他可不可以早一點讓我入住房間，他説一定要下午15點才可以，如果現在入住要另外收50磅。所以這個服務是很被我感覺是很差的，他本身其實13:00那些房已經ready了

房間比較小，從T3出來找公交站省了點時間，公交站要坐電梯到負一樓。進市區還要坐公交到機場再換火車或地鐵，價格便宜但進市區太花時間。

舊，大堂嘈吵，房間窄小，陰暗，廁所燈光微弱，原本以為在AVIS對面租車方便，但原來路邊有牆分隔，要走一大圈才能到達，可參看google步行導航。唯獨員工態度可以。

Overall, this hotel is quite nice. The breakfast was excellent value for money, and I was very full afterward. The hotel arranged my room according to the request I sent before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. However, the mattress was dirty, as shown in one of the photos. In addition, the carpet in the room was very old and stained, with many visible marks from spills by previous guests.

There was a dirty towel in the bathroom when we just came in to a new room. Also, there was no fridge and any chairs. The size of the room is quite small and the lighting was not bright enough. However, I appreciate the breakfast buffet which is included. It starts serving from 4am to 10am, which is very convenient for travellers. The staffs are fine, they are just a bit busy sometimes. The hotel also has good WiFi which is free with unlimited access.
