沒有想到竟然是俄航開的酒店，比希爾頓的房間要大，也舒服，離機場反正也都很近，不過早餐還是希爾頓的要好一點。

We recently stayed at Aerotel Heathrow for our early morning flight from Terminal 3 at 6:30 AM, and it was incredibly convenient. The proximity to the terminal allowed us to sleep until the very last minute, eliminating any rush or hassle.  While the price is a bit on the higher side, we felt it was worth it for the convenience. As a couple, we could have opted for a hotel nearby and taken the hotel hoppa bus, but for families traveling with kids, Aerotel is definitely the easier choice. Overall, a great option for those with early flights!

Provide no service like baggage store, charge u 20pounds for every early hours to check in, totally taking advantage of international travellers. Provide no advice or alternatives.

旅程の途中、列車が止まってロンドンまで帰ってこられず、泊まる事ができなかった。キャンセルもできなかった。イギリスの旅行は交通機関などのキャンセルに起因する旅程の変更を想定して、それでも対応可能な料金で予約すべきと改めて思う。散財してしまうことにつくづく殘念に思う。

房間乾淨，但是確實很小，前台的服務不錯，就在T3 arrival 的位置，且不需要出機場。離T2可以步行，如果是想要方便在機場趕機圖方便的，也算是不錯的選擇。

Excellent location! We arrived Heathrow Terminal 3 at 22:30 from Stuttgart. Need to take the flight 12:20 back to HK next day. Great to have your hotel situated here!

Expensive and small.  Not even equipped a proper desk.  No closet no amenities.  No windows at all like prison.  Worthless to stay in airport hotel like this unless you miss flight or some transfers to catch.  Online pictures are misleading.

Check-in was straightforward. Hotel was signposted and easy to find (came via London underground). Room was clean and comfortable. I was flying from Terminal 2 and although Aerotel Hotel is located in Terminal 3, it was only a 10 minute walk to get to Terminal 2. The room did not have any windows so it was odd not being able to tell whether it was night or day.

位置便利，在T三和T二機場轉機係非常好。但房間沒有窗，而且很細。酒店職員態度良好，拖鞋和牙刷牙膏要問他取。毛巾有黑點，洗手盆上面的層架有塵埃，牆上也有頭髮，這方面有待改善，但整體都好。

為了搭乘早班機，選擇下榻在機場T3的飯店。位於T3航站，距離T2航站僅10分鐘步行，對於轉機相當方便。到倫敦展館也僅1小時地鐵車程。唯一的缺點是用餐選擇不多，需步行到Hilton才有良好用餐環境的餐廳。

近T3 航運大樓，樓下就係Express PCR test Centre, 因為第2日坐國泰航空，所以選擇入住1晚。如要求高要有窗 感覺輕鬆啲無咁壓迫感，就不要選擇此酒店。
