Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.

So, let’s consider it as a luxurious hotel as they charge ₹9x of MRP for a Diet Coke and they charge 5% service charge to give it at your doorstep . Now, let’s list down the issues: 1. 30% discount for outsiders if they book dinner table through Dineout, zero for guests because we are guests. 2. Takes a zillion years to get water - the room service number doesn’t work. 3. Extended my stay till 5 PM, paid extra, but they didn’t clean the room as I was checking out. 4. No hair dryer, no room slippers. 5. Doesn’t give a stirrer and extra cups; takes longer than usual to get another one. 6. Food has a lot of soda in it and is oily like the food from a local, unhygienic dhaba would be. This is an unfortunate place where you spend a lot of money and don’t get a dime of service.

had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. Despite confirming my check-in time during a call from their team in the morning, I was denied check-in upon arrival, with the excuse that maintenance was going on. This was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient, especially after they themselves had confirmed my booking earlier in the day. Only after I expressed my decision to stay with my friend's room did they finally allow me to check in — which clearly shows they could have handled it better from the start. To make things worse, the food was not tasty at all — definitely not up to the standard they claim. On top of that, the amenities listed as part of the room package, like beer and chocolates, were missing entirely. Overall, it felt like a poorly managed property with little regard for guest satisfaction.

Smelly bathrooms. Staff also was not as helpful compared to what i have experienced in other radisson properties. Had to request a room change, which was promptly given though.

Stayed for one weekend, very poor quality dinner buffet at a very high cost, no table for breakfast to manage crowd, highly disorganised, and the check in process is also cumbersome.
