The hotel was extremely clean. Location is too good to acess my office. Morning tea was wonderful and the reception responds well. Check in ans checkout experience was good

We had booked 22 rooms for marriage function. Rooms are good. But what set Bizz Tammana apart was the co-operative reception and staff, and going out of the way to make the guests comfortable. Food was excellent and guests rated it as better than Hyatt Place. All guests were happy with the service and zero complaints

- the fans were very dirty - despite requesting multiple times, they didn't provide towels. - there was confusion over breakfast being included in our plan. They sent my kids back saying that breakfast is not included. I went and showed the makemy永安 booking and was allowed.

Food quality was avergae. Spring beds in room was not comfortable. Hotel was in good location. But expected better room with bathroom.

Staffs were not professional. Drainage smell in bathroom. Bed duvets not washed properly. Tv was not working. Staffs were not friendly and had to call multiple times for any requests.

Price i paid for one night stay is not worth for this kind of quality i got from my stay. Room lock was not functional and you really need to pull the door hard many times to open the door bathroom looks like the worst railway station bathroom - breakfast is not up to the quality at all - food you get is cold, with no one bothered to ask for anything - i stayed just a month back to the hotel at same area half the price and the quality was superb - but here it’s a cheapo. Quality - staff are all good though but they have no say in the quality
