The capsule room has a large space for the bed, but maybe not enough for storage, depending on the bag you bring. AC worked fine and air circulation was decent. Expect the same noise and disturbance from the hallway lights as any capsule hotel, which is not a problem for me. The shared bathrooms were clean and furnished with amenities. The hotel offers towels, slippers and sleepwear, and gives another kit for gusts staying for more than one night. Breakfast didn't have too many options but had enough for me as a Westerner. Location of this hotel is perfect, 2 or 3 blocks from the main Hiroshima station. This hotel was good for the price paid and I'll certainly stay there again if possible.
Short distance walk from JR station.
The sliding door could be improved as it is too noisy while opening and closing it, thus affecting sleep quality.

Absolutely fabulous cabin / capsule hostel.
Service is fantastic as is the breakfast buffet every morning.
Cabins are double beds with room with only a basic folding door that doesn’t lock. There is a lockable storage cupboard in the room and a flat screen Tv.
The lower ground level has an Onsen bathhouse and laundry facilities as well as a massage room which you can book at reception.
The bathrooms all feature the whizbang toilets you would expect and a small shower recess.
The prices are excellent and the comfort level can be from capsule to cabin or to Hotel Room.
Will gladly return to stay here in the future.
I honestly surprised when I got to the hotel and saw the room, amenities, and service they provided. This is one of the best capsule hotels I've ever been to in Japan, and I've stayed in a looootttt of accommodations. the cost to benefit ratio is just unmatched in a pleasant way. I'll stay here again if I visit Hiroshima again. one thing I kinda hate is that the upper bunk stair is too steep. But other than that, all's great! Room offered great privacy, huge TV, clean bathroom, tasty free breakfast. Thank you, Trust Hotel.
