Service .... top notch. I was welcomed by Sne at front desk. She is so sweet and kind. She does her work wholeheartedly and with a beautiful smile. Also helped by a lady (forgot her name) at the wild life front desk for activities. She was so helpful. Hats off to these lovely ladies, they were so easy and made us feel at home. Food. Good buffet, nice food too. They also cater for vegetarians on request. The hotel is close to shops and gas station. I surely will come back.

The lodge is really convenient to access the reserve. The buffet Dinner was good but the only negative was that the Aircon in the room didn't work.

Anew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue. We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel. 1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve 2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary 3. False Bay 4. Bayete Elephant Interaction This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors. Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!
