Oanh the hostess was absolutely fantastic. Upon arrival she helped with absolutely everything and her family owned hotel was very clean and well kept. We was invited to have tea with her family which was really enjoyable. Hotel is just outside the centre with not too much noise either making it a comfortable place to sleep. We will definitely book again with oanh

This is my second 永安 to Ninh Binh. I stayed for two weeks before, and my wife and I tried about six or seven hotels without liking them. We've now spent almost a week at this hotel, from start to finish! It's not on the main street, so it's much quieter, but still a minute away. There's a market and a VinMart nearby, and all the necessary shops are nearby. There's also a cafe nearby, but the owner will cook anything you want and makes excellent breakfasts! Scooters and bicycles are also available for rent. The owner will even give you cooking classes on local dishes! The owner's therapist gives amazing massages in the massage room; we went there regularly, and the price was much lower than the massage therapists on the main street. The owner herself is simply wonderful; we've fallen in love with her! She speaks English, answers all your questions, and is always ready to discreetly help.

Superb room: clean, comfortable and a decent breakfast. Close enough to the main road for convenience, but far enough away to be quiet. Highly recommended. Also had room to park my motorbike off the road.

Great hotel with a very helpful staff. We rented bikes and rode around the local area which was stunning. Very close to tam coc boat tours.

The owner of the hotel Mrs Oanh was very kind and helpful. We were allowed to check out late, and he assisted us with calling a taxi and organizing tours. Whenever we had any questions, he answered them with great care and enthusiasm. The location of the hotel is also perfect — very close to the main sightseeing spots. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and convenient location. Highly recommended!

The host is very welcoming and accommodated all our requested starting from preparing our rooms due to the late check-in, arranging laundry @ reasonable price, well-cooked breakfast, arranging a private car to explore the places and up to receiving the parcel.
