Located in between the areas which we were visiting which made travelling easier. Booked 2 rooms, 1 of them was cleaner than the other. Towels were clean, no bugs in the room, however the toilet has a smell emitting from the drain. Hospitality is great, there's laundry service, and taxi service to the train station. Hotel also had motorbike rental. One of the bikes that was rented to us broke down while we were at the Bear Sanctuary, which was quite a distance from the hotel. We were able to contact them via whatsapp to get them to rectify the issue and they sent a replacement bike immediately. Though the room I've gotten wasnt the best, I love their hospitality :)

Отель соответствует своему названию! Приятный обслуживающий персонал. Помогли с бронированием автобуса для переезда в другой город. Белые полотенца. Чистая комната. Есть открытый бассейн. есть красивая гора на территории со стекающей водой. Отель выходит с на красивое небольшое озеро. Бесплатные велосипеды. За 2 дня посмотрели достопримечательности рядом, как и планировали. Все чудесно!

Quá bất ngờ với những gì nhận được. Hợp đi nhóm đông hoặc gia đình lái xe đi nghỉ dưỡng vì resort nằm hơi sâu. Còn lại tất cả đều tuyệt vời. Mọi người cực kì nhiệt tình

I had a great stay here. Bed was okay. You just gotta find the comfortable spots. Some spots are slightly uncomfortable. Its very clean all around. The food is good, but slightly limited. They provide free bikes, but 80% of the them are dangerous and fall apart midway your 永安. This has caused me multiple inconveniences. Upon such situation they apologized sincerely and requested to come pick me up. They should replace the bikes for a better and safer experiences. The bathroom has an interesting mountain view from it’s back. The area is beautiful. The weekdays are great value. On weekends their prices almost double and for that price I would recommend anyone to stay somewhere else to save up to 50% of your money

Apenas llegamos manifestamos que la habitación estaba inclinada, por lo que la cama estaba hacia abajo y ve perfectamente en la mesa lo inclinada que está. No nos entendían, nos quisieron dar otra habitación que tenía un olor a humedad infernal por lo que tuvimos que volver a la que estábamos que encima no era la habitación que habíamos alquilado. Luego, debido a la tormenta tuvimos que almorzar allí, el plato de comida que me cobraron 70.000 era lo mismo que te daban de desayuno y describen como noodles con vegetales, no se donde están los vegetales. La piscina, si era una agua verde, entiendo que después de la tormenta este así pero habían pasado 3 días y nadie la había arreglado y hacía mucho calor! Imposible usarla. A ver la habitación era cómoda pero con todo esto hicieron de nuestra estancia algo horrible! Sin duda no pienso volver a este alojamiento. La simpatía no es suficiente, el alojamiento hay que cuidarlo y mantenerlo. Como nadie hablaba inglés, me contacté a un WhatsApp que me respondieron dos días después, solo pidiéndome disculpas y diciéndome que había empezado gente nueva. Esto que pasó no es por la gente nueva es por falta de manteniendo y cuidado.

Très joli hôtel dans un cadre idyllique à distance de vélo des plus beaux paysages de Ninh Binh. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, et le service adorable. Un peu déçus par la qualité des vélos proposés (très vieux et rouillés, inconfortables, et beaucoup ne fonctionnent plus) et par l’état de la piscine, trop sale pour qu’on s’y baigne. Cela est cependant peut-être dû à la récente tempête.

처음 가서 봤을때 실망했어요 가격을 생각하면 그런대로~ 문화적인 감성 차이인지 조금은 거슬리는 부분도 있었지만, 그럴때마다 여행자로서 여행지 특성이나 사람들의 생각 차이를 인정하고,이해하려고 노력합니다. 직원분들은 친절합니다.

The lady at reception was sooooo lovely!!! She has the best customer service I've ever received. We were welcomed and bought drinks and fruit. The room was new and clean, amazing view of the mountain beside the hotel as you shower with floor to ceiling windows. Everything was perfect and amazing. We are definitely going to come back to stay here someday and hopefully be greeted by the lovely host again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay! The picture is nearby the hotel.
