This is a pretty new hotel and everything is in good condition. Room is clean. It's family run and the lady at the front desk stays on site. Although the lady cannot speak English, this can be easily resolved using a translation app. They helped to arrange our transport from and to Hanoi without any problems. We also did laundry at the hotel and our clothes were returned the next morning. Breakfast is not buffet but they serve different food everyday. We had pancakes one day, noodle soup the next. Overall, great value for money.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de l’hôtel, la propreté de la chambre, le balcon ainsi que les différents services proposés (taxi à l’aeroport de Hanoi Conciergerie, location de vélo, nettoyage du linge etc) surtout, la directrice de l’hôtel est adorable et se met en quatre pour vous faire plaisir. Je reviendrai avec mon mari car trois jours, c’est trop court !

Just 15 min walk to Tam Coc town. The owner is very kind. Her pancake is quite good too. It would be nice if she had something savoury to go with it. She also gave generous amount of fruits. Overall, god experience. Thank you very much.

Super lokalizacja, trochę na uboczu ale wszędzie blisko. Właścicielka jest przemiła i bardzo pomocna. W pierwszym dniu przyjechaliśmy wczesnie rano i mimo to otrzymaliśmy bezpłatnie śniadanie i pokój gdzie mogliśmy się przebrać i wykąpać. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce 👌

Hôte très accueillante qui fait tout pour que le séjour à Tam Coc soit agréable. Les équipements sont neufs et fonctionnels, tout s’est bien passé durant mon séjour. Le balcon de la chambre est un plus. (Photo : vue du balcon)
