霍巴特-塔斯曼豪華精選酒店 (The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart)

When we handed keys over to vallet we checked in at reception, got to room and luggage was already placed in room, jackets hung…10/10.

During our recent stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel, we were fortunate to have the exceptional service provided by Tayla and Ebony, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance that enhanced our stay significantly. One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience. Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout our visit.

酒店位置一流，步行距離好多很棒的餐廳，Cafe，去超市和購物商場也方便。 房間面積大，性價比不錯，推薦

地點極佳，服務及清潔狀況沒話說，住得非常舒適，如果下次再來塔斯首選一定會再次入住，能夠看到港口，很靜。

這個價格我衹能説，離機場近以及酒店招牌給了它太多自信吧。房間走廊陳舊昏暗，房間狹小，窗戶不要隔音入住當天外面風聲大作。不提供拖鞋 洗漱用品，床頭沒有充電器，早餐選擇非常少，shuttle bus需要付費（距離機場就幾分鐘），體驗極差，如果不是一定要住這裏趕飛機，建議不要🙅

酒店前台服務熱情，位置也好，就是housekeeper比較差，廁所兩天不清潔，明明三個人入住，只提供兩套毛巾和拖鞋，提醒好幾次，送了一次，第二天還是隻提供兩套毛巾，做為荷伯特最好的酒店，是有點讓人失望

200多年的歷史，酒店新舊交融，新開酒店即被評為50佳 萬豪旗下， 在海港附近 出行都很便利。旁邊的老公園和每週六的集市值得逛逛。 早餐很豐盛，尤其是車釐子 草莓，塔州的食品堪稱最好的，因為食品無添加，也不出口，cherry就這一個月季節。住了5日，每天的咖啡拉花都出彩。 很多亞洲員工，溝通沒有問題。

這大概是我住過的體驗最差的酒店，不知道房間有沒有認真打掃過，沒有拖鞋，bar的茶葉包空無一包，上一個客人留下的紙條還在房間。最鬧心的是房間的電動窗簾壞了，找工人來修了一下，工人説當天沒有工程師修不了了，衹能這樣了，給我們三個眼罩讓我們將就一下。我電話前台説讓他們看看能不能換個房間，前台看了説沒有房間可換，兩手一攤沒有辦法，也沒有任何歉意。第二天，回酒店發現我們自己帶的杯子不見了。讓永安幫忙和酒店聯繫，原來客房服務把我們的杯子收到廚房去了。為了拿回兩個杯子，客房服務一開始讓我給他們寫郵件，附上杯子照片，我拒絕了，因為郵件往來不知道要找多久。後來他們在我電話溝通下才去馬上找。在等杯子送回來的過程中，想用酒店杯子喝水，發現茶吧裏的杯子底部是黏糊糊的一層不知道什麼物質。也不知道是多久沒洗。永安説酒店會和我溝通補償，但是酒店沒人聯繫我。

The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a nice view, and the hotel has a subtle warmth to its decor. The check in staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. The main Italian restaurant is quite good and the breakfast was well done. The bar is trying too hard to be trendy and the service speaks more to arrivistes than guests just looking to enjoy a drink or solo meal—honestly rather disappointing. Overall it would seem the best option in Hobart and quite strong for a small city, though I’m not sure on what list they could claim to be top 50… Aman or Rosewood or a Peninsula it is not.

房間很大，也很好，下次去霍巴特還會選擇入住。
