霍巴特瑞吉斯酒店, EVT旗下 (Rydges Hobart, an EVT hotel)

I did not expect that the hotel is actually in the distance good for walking including visiting Botanical Garden.

There is no air conditioning and the room has a strange smell. No proper maintenance

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation. Very quiet. Real homely feel. Will come back

套房很棒，正對着花園，開門可以坐在椅子上曬太陽，酒店早餐的炒雞蛋特別嫩，孩子很喜歡。

臨時找的 就這家在city還帶車位了 酒店挺老的 房間都分成了幾棟樓 就不是很方便 還得找 然後還沒有電梯 而且沒有空調

The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large too. It was all clean. Most guest rooms are in annexes, with reception and dining in the old building (old for Oz, anyway) which boasts a bit of style. Breakfast was quite good but items such as bacon and scrambled eggs did not stay very hot about the buffet. I liked the sourdough. Reception was prompt and professional. Now the minor dislikes: it’s a good 30 minute walk from the CBD / waterfront, up a bit of hill all the way. (There is an area with plenty of bars etc about half way). I walked several times a day and it was OK. Most guests will have cars though. The living area in the room needed a TV. If there can only be one TV per room, it would be better there than in front of the bed in my opinion. Finally, one of the two wardrobes is locked up, presumably to store linen etc. The other only has hanging space so there was no shelving. I felt a little cheated that half of “my” potential wardrobe space was denied to me! On balance, I would consider staying again, even though it is a little way out of town. Overall it is large, clean, comfortable and manages a little style.

房間空間很大，舉架低了點，但卧房跟客廳分開，使用起來方便，卧房有一個露台，可以直接站到外面，雖然房間沒有空調，但掛壁式電暖器很給力，反正我跟孩子都不覺得冷。床也很舒服。就是這個早餐，品種太少，需要提高！
