第一間房洗手枱突然破裂，劃傷了腳，沖涼房的水直接就到了床底 第二間房空調漏水嚴重，房間之列成了魚塘，嚴重不推薦入住

The overall appearance of this hotel is dirty when I went to the room, the air conditioner didn’t work and the bed looked like it had been slept in and there was hair on the sheets. I approached the service desk to request a refund as I was dissatisfied with the condition of the place, but my request was denied. I would not recommend this establishment due to its poor hygiene standards and outdated appearance that does not match the advertised pictures.

Провели в отеле одну ночь. Расположение очень удобное: рядом много турбюро, объектов питания, через дорогу красивый парк. Встретили приветливо, но в номер не проводили , пришлось разбираться самим. В номере - холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер, чайник, туалетная комната с душем и туалетными принадлежностями. Очень много пыли, от этого нигде невозможно прикоснуться и расположить вещи. Постель чистая, но матрас старый, с выпирающими пружинами. Одну ночь провести можно, но не более.

I was given the wrong room that I booked, the bed is not a king seat, the room is 3-4 square meters smaller. but I was given a room with a «window» 4.rooms as in the photo does not exist in this hotel, even if there is that, they are given to their Vietnamese for dates for one night. 5. in the room is broken almost everything, no one is going to fix anything. broken emergency door closure for safety, broken pump-switch shower water switch(I’ve been shown that it works and is fine, I just need to press my fingertips to the point where it’s a protruding iron that sticks into the meat and leaves a red mark for 10 minutes) broken toilet seat, diluted bathroom floor, everywhere rust, on the floor dust and pieces of earth and ants (although I lived on the 6th floor), the air conditioner almost does not work, makes a lot of noise, then starts dripping water on the table. 6. Bed linen is very wet and in spots, it is impossible to sleep, a bunch of ants began to run on it a day, no more than 20. the walls of the living room are smeared with something grayish-brown, all in dust, on the floor hair of former biles. refrigerator in yellow spots. 7. do not give free drinking water, as it is written from them, you need to buy from them for an additional fee. there is a magic window that does not close (the handle is broken and pulled), through which strangers can enter at any time. The window leads to the staircase, and the staircase leads down and up, where another door to the street is open. the safety of guests here is not thought about. After all, they cheat, show one photo on booking sites, and then move into another place. But you can’t get the money back, you have two choices: 1. Stay and live in these conditions, so you don’t lose that money. 2. Move out and lose the money you paid and did not get free water, did not get service, clean bed and sleep. I wrestled with the hotel for 2 days for my money, they refused to return, said «do not like-leave», «you do not like, but you still stand here and stay here», they offered me to leave without my money, which I paid for 2 weeks. but thank you so much for the 永安, they talked to the hotel for two days and helped me get my money back.

Vị trí khách sạn rất ổn nhưng trang thiết bị quá cũ và không sạch sẽ, mùi ẩm mốc. Là phòng trọ đúng nghĩa hơn khách sạn. Giá trên app rất ảo với việc tăng cao và giảm nhiều, nhưng thực tế chỉ đáng thế. Ảnh trên app không đúng thực tế. Nhưng giá đó cho vị trí và thực trạng là hợp lý. Đừng quảng cáo sai sự thật!

位置很好，離酒吧也是很近，周圍有發往各地的大巴，吃飯也很方便，但是設施和衞生條件比較差，設施有些舊，有螞蟻小飛蟲，希望注意一下
