⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Above and Beyond Expectations! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. As an international traveler, I was relieved that their English communication was excellent, making everything smooth and easy. The amenities provided are what set this place apart. They generously supply plenty of personal daily requirements, so you never have to worry about running out of shampoo, body wash, or even forgetting a toothbrush or comb. The free laundry service is an absolute game-changer for a traveler and was much appreciated. After a long day, the reliable hot and cold shower was exactly what I needed. It's clear the management has thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. I will definitely be staying here again!

Not recommended this shady business to anyone… the room is dirty, moldy smell. The hotel is not what stared in the website. They just received booking then directed clients to hotel nearby. So book at your own risk. Too tired to ask for change or whatever cuz it’s only one night stay.

The room look like a unfinish product but the price is right so it's either take or or leave it .I stay just 1 day so its don't matter to me much it's has a mini fridge a multi port outlet and hair dryer a electric kettle with is not that bad for 1 day

對這個酒店非常不滿意，前台的工作人員服務態度很差，我27號辦理入住的是402房間，我打算28號續住，28號早上我要去旅行社門口坐大巴旅遊，我出門的時候就把鑰匙放在前台，表示繼續住，晚上18點回來的時候發現我我的個人物品都丟到雜物間裏，因為我中午沒有過來繳費嗎？就算是中午沒有退房，回來的時候我繳費106元還是住402，28號住的人也不多，很多房間空着，沒退房也不應該將我的物品像垃圾一樣丟掉，我買的旅遊紀念品不見了，護膚品也不見了，重要的證件隨身帶着，這家店的服務人員做的真差。我想提醒來入住的人要注意你的物品會被當垃圾一樣丟掉。最後想説我沒退房影響到你們賺大錢了嗎？還是我出不起這個房錢。

Do not expect much. This is a budget hotel. It is decent for the price. The personnel were really nice and helped me with my luggage. There is an elevator for 3rd floor rooms and above.
